【正文】 要求 1． 大小寫(xiě)金額只能更改一處 ，其他地方不能超過(guò)兩次 ， 更改處需加蓋校正章或簽字確認(rèn) 。 2． 保險(xiǎn)單上各個(gè)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)按保單格式提供的位置填寫(xiě) ， 不能超出格式提供的空格位置 ， 更不能與格式上的鉛字重疊 。 3． 內(nèi)容排列應(yīng)整齊 ， 行距要統(tǒng)一 。 4． 被保險(xiǎn)人名稱 、 商品名稱 、大寫(xiě)金額 、 條款 、 地名及月份等單詞的第一個(gè)字母需大寫(xiě)的不能小寫(xiě) 。 5．保險(xiǎn)單措辭要明確，內(nèi)容要和發(fā)票、提單等有關(guān)單證相符。保險(xiǎn)條款既要明確承保的責(zé)任范圍又要正確反映客戶的要求 。 ? 制作和審核依據(jù) UCP600第 28條和 ISBP第 170～ 180段 ? 一、單據(jù)格式 ? ？（保單、保險(xiǎn)證明 /憑證 ) ? ？（暫保單） ? 二、正本 ? ？ ? ？ ? Not transferable unless countersign. ? 如：一些小保單往往采用自動(dòng)投保的方式，這里就涉及到保險(xiǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)人，因?yàn)樗麄兪侵苯有袖N(xiāo)人員，但是他們的簽發(fā)的保險(xiǎn)函是不被銀行接受的，必須像提單一樣表明是某保險(xiǎn)公司的代理人簽名或者出具小保單，所以他們的會(huì)簽很重要，他們必須把名字簽在小保單上，連同保險(xiǎn)公司的簽名才能使保險(xiǎn)單生效。所以， ISBP就規(guī)定了：如有會(huì)簽的地方，必須會(huì)簽。 ? 四、保險(xiǎn)日期 ? ？ ? ？ ?
