This guarantee is not transferable or assignable without our written consent. 七、除本保函另有規(guī)定外，國(guó)際商會(huì)《見(jiàn)索即付保函統(tǒng)一規(guī)則(URDG)》2010年修訂本（國(guó)際商會(huì)第758號(hào)出版物）的所有條款并入本保函。G. Unless otherwise excluded by this guarantee, all terms and conditions of Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees (URDG) 2010 revision published by International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Publication No. 758) shall be incorporated into this guarantee. 八、與本保函有關(guān)的任何糾紛，由我行所在地人民法院管轄如果客戶同意第七條關(guān)于URDG的并入條款， 法律和司法管轄條款可以刪除，否則客戶需要就刪除本要求簽署承諾函。H.
