【正文】 結(jié)論(1)在合理的氯含量范圍內(nèi),分子鏈中CHCl結(jié)構(gòu)含量較高、CCl2結(jié)構(gòu)含量較少時(shí),CPVC樹脂的熱穩(wěn)定性較好,但平衡扭矩相應(yīng)較高。(2)當(dāng)樹脂相對分子質(zhì)量相同時(shí),分子量分布較寬的樹脂,其加工性能相對較好。低相對分子質(zhì)量的部分有利于改善樹脂的加工流動性。(3)CPVC樹脂顆粒表面皮層被破壞或者較薄,顆粒內(nèi)部亞顆粒子堆積比較均勻時(shí),在加工過程中易均勻塑化,有利于加工過程的穩(wěn)定進(jìn)行,表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的加工性能。參考文獻(xiàn):[1] 方建強(qiáng),張軍. 氯化聚氯乙烯的配混技術(shù)、加工與應(yīng)用[J]. 塑料助劑2004, 46(4) :25~29.[2] Elakesh Esmail O, Hull Richard T, et al.
