【正文】 發(fā)信人簽名。寫在結束語的下面，稍 偏右。 二、發(fā)言稿 發(fā)言稿是為了在某一場合表達自己的意見、 看法，或匯報思想、討論結果等而事先準備好的文稿。 發(fā)言稿有開頭（稱呼語）、正文和結尾（結束語） 三部分，一般開門見山地提出要談的問題及對問題的 看法，然后說明理由，最后照應開頭對全文作簡明扼 要的總結。 注意：寫作時要用詞得體，符合語言環(huán)境，語言 簡潔明了，文章條理清楚。時態(tài)一般用現在時，人稱 以第一人稱為主。常用套語： 開頭： Dear friends,/ Good morning (afternoon/ evening), everyone./ Hello, everyone. 結尾： Thank you for listening!/ That’s all. Thank you! 三、日記 日記記述一天中發(fā)生的有意義的事，或對此 發(fā)表觀點、感受，或描述將來的前景。通常日記 可分為記事、議論、描寫和抒情等類型。 格式：一般在左上角寫上日期，星期緊跟其 后。同行居右寫天氣情況（ Fine/ Sunny, Rainy, Cloudy, Snowy, Windy) 時態(tài)：多為過去時。 四、通知 口頭通知 口頭通知通常是口頭傳達的消息，一般 不用寫出通知的時間或通知的單位。 稱呼應根據通知的對象而定，常用： Boys and girls, Ladies and gentlemen. 有提醒聽眾 注意的詞語或句子，如 Attention, please!/ May I have your attention, please! 正文要交代清楚 事由、目的、時間、地點、組織者和活動內容。 時態(tài)以一般將來時為主。通知的最后是結束語 That’s all, thank you./ So much for it. I fully understand why we are not fortable about it, but there’s no need to feel too sad. Our parents are checking our bags or diaries to make sure we’re not getting into any trouble. My suggestion is: Tell them we want them to trust us as much as we’d like to trust them.
