【正文】 （d） %Mn圖4 高強鋁合金拉伸斷口（SEM）像 Tensile SEM fractographs of high strength aluminum alloy3． 結(jié)論1． 在高強鋁合金中加入錳元素后在固溶過程中能有效抑制晶粒長大，達到提高固溶溫度，讓第二相粒子充分回溶的目的。2． 加入錳元素后，經(jīng)過適當?shù)墓倘芎蜁r效處理，合金的拉伸性能得到很大提高，但塑性有所下降。3． 在鋁合金中添加錳元素能減小韌窩尺寸，降低斷口中沿晶斷裂所占比例，從而改善高強鋁合金的斷口組織形態(tài)，使之有利于提高鋁合金的韌性。但如果晶界上粗大含錳相過多，將會促使沿晶斷裂增加。參考文獻[1] Imamura T.
