Reinforce cooperation in the fields of space science and space application, establish a consultation mechanism and explore a longterm plan to identify cooperation projects and actions of mutual interest.推動(dòng)哥白尼遙感數(shù)據(jù)以及伽利略和北斗導(dǎo)航衛(wèi)星系統(tǒng)的信息交流。探討衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)交換和應(yīng)用方面的合作。加強(qiáng)雙方各自全球衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)間的民用合作。不斷深化中歐載人航天領(lǐng)域交流與合作。支持雙方開展航天產(chǎn)業(yè)和商業(yè)領(lǐng)域的合作。3. Promote information exchange on Copernicus remote sensing data as well as Galileo and Beidou navigation satellite systems. Discuss cooperation on satellite data exchange and applications. Enhance cooperation for civil purpose between their respective global navigation satellite systems. Continue to deepen exchanges and cooperation in manned space. Support cooperation in space industry and in mercial fields.（三）能源III. Energy在中歐能源對(duì)話框架內(nèi)加強(qiáng)能源領(lǐng)域合作，重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)全球能源安全合作。1. Reinforce cooperation on energy issues, with a special emphasis on global energy security within the framework of the Energy Dialogue.實(shí)施中歐能源合作路線圖，推動(dòng)雙方在能源立法、政策和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定領(lǐng)域加強(qiáng)交流與合作。2. Implement a roadmap for ChinaEU energy cooperation, in order to reinforce exchanges and cooperation in fields of energy legislation, policy and standard formulation.進(jìn)一步探索在低碳能源技術(shù)上的合作，以支持經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。3. Further explore cooperation in lowcarbon energy technologies, which will support sustainable economic growth.切實(shí)發(fā)揮中歐清潔能源中心等現(xiàn)有合作平臺(tái)的作用，鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)參加中歐清潔能源中心企業(yè)聯(lián)盟，并開展試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目合作。4. Bring into play such existing cooperation platforms as the ChinaEU Clean Energy Centre (EC2), encourage enterprises to take part in EC2 enterprise alliance and cooperate on pilot projects.通過與歐洲原子能共同體商簽總體協(xié)議，加強(qiáng)科研合作等方式，解決安全高效發(fā)展核能的相關(guān)問題。5. Address the issue of nuclear energy development in a safe and secure manner through a general EURATOM agreement and closer scientific cooperation.加強(qiáng)能源監(jiān)管合作，共享區(qū)域間以及國(guó)際間的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和推廣范例，從而促進(jìn)各國(guó)內(nèi)部能源政策制定的一致性，以及能源市場(chǎng)的效率。中國(guó)作為《能源憲章》大會(huì)受邀觀察員，將進(jìn)一步發(fā)展與《能源憲章》的關(guān)系。6. Reinforce cooperation in energy regulation in order to share experience and promote best practices both regionally and internationally, thereby enhancing consistency in energy policymaking in each country as well as the efficiency of the energy market. Ensure the success of the ChinaEU Urbanisation Partnership Forum, the ChinaEU City Expo and the ChinaEU Mayors’ Forum, improve the governing framework of the ChinaEU Partnership, support the development of numerous relevant city pairings and steer ChinaEU urbanisation cooperation by the Joint Steering Committee of the ChinaEU Urbanisation Partnership. Actively build demonstration cities, support ChinaEU urban cooperation projects, promote cooperation between cities, and between cities and industrial parks and enterprises, creating a level playing field for all stakeholders involved, and reinforcing cooperation in the fields of finance and innovation to elevate the quality and level of urban development.（五）氣候變化與環(huán)境保護(hù)V. Climate change and environmental protection基于聯(lián)合國(guó)政府間氣候變化專門委員會(huì)最新報(bào)告，加強(qiáng)《聯(lián)合國(guó)氣候變化框架公約》及其《京都議定書》有關(guān)有效國(guó)際氣候變化措施的實(shí)施，為德班平臺(tái)強(qiáng)化行動(dòng)進(jìn)程和執(zhí)行多哈會(huì)議成果服務(wù)。1.
