波紋翅片的傳熱與流動(dòng)特性研究畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文-資料下載頁

【正文】 間增多,從而使傳熱效果得以增強(qiáng),同樣由于流體流動(dòng)距離增多,流動(dòng)阻力也隨之增大。 總 結(jié)本文研究了光滑波紋翅片管翅式換熱器的換熱與阻力特性,同時(shí)給出了在一定范圍內(nèi)對(duì)應(yīng)的努塞爾數(shù)和摩擦因子與雷諾數(shù)的實(shí)驗(yàn)關(guān)聯(lián)式;接著對(duì)光滑波紋翅片管翅式換熱器建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型,對(duì)換熱器內(nèi)空氣側(cè)的流動(dòng)和換熱進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,并與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比;最后應(yīng)用數(shù)值計(jì)算的方法考察了波紋形式、管排、翅片間距、波峰到波谷投射長度和波峰到波谷高度對(duì)流動(dòng)換熱性能的影響。所得結(jié)論如下:(1) 波紋翅片管翅式換熱器換熱性能隨著迎風(fēng)速度的增大而增大,換熱器的阻力損失同樣隨著迎風(fēng)速度的增大而增加,在實(shí)驗(yàn)范圍內(nèi)給出了摩擦因子與努塞爾數(shù)與雷諾數(shù)的實(shí)驗(yàn)關(guān)聯(lián)式, 為相關(guān)的工業(yè)應(yīng)用提供理論根據(jù)。(2) 波紋翅片管翅式換熱器流動(dòng)換熱性能計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)值相差很小,%,%,可以認(rèn)為光滑波紋翅片計(jì)算模型是可靠的。(3) 波紋翅片的j/f顯然大于人之形波紋翅片的j/f,光滑波紋翅片的換熱性能盡管稍微減小,但是卻可以較大程度減小壓降,表明了光滑波紋翅片是一種性能優(yōu)異的波紋翅片形式。(4) 當(dāng)管排數(shù)大于4排以后,波紋翅片的換熱與阻力性能幾乎不受管排數(shù)的影響。(5) 數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,翅片間距和波峰到波谷投射長度越小,空氣側(cè)換熱越強(qiáng),同時(shí)空氣側(cè)的阻力越大;波峰到波谷高度越大,空氣側(cè)換熱越強(qiáng),同時(shí)空氣側(cè)的阻力越大。 參 考 文 獻(xiàn)[1] 李祥華,宋光強(qiáng).幾種新型換熱器的特點(diǎn)及使用狀況對(duì)比[J].化肥工業(yè).2001, 9(1);7880.[2] Rich D G.
