【正文】 習，偶爾會受到環(huán)境和其他不利因素的干擾，能夠及時與教師進行溝通，幫助老師調(diào)整自己的教學方法；有 10 多個的學生屬于鞭策進步型，此類學生平時基本能夠配合老師的教學，但自覺性和定性不足，課堂有些喜歡享受歡樂，有些來個默不出聲。他們希望有好的成績，但怕吃苦受罪，不愿付出勞動，上課時精神不振，課后很少復習功課，需要老師的督促才會有所作為；尚有極個別學生屬于不思進取型，積極性和主動性極差，他們或偏科甚至對英語學習毫無興趣，需要老師再三強調(diào)才能勉強完成作業(yè)。 九（ 8）班情況：學生積極性不是很高，主動性也不夠，大部分基礎(chǔ)差，但學習態(tài)度較端正。聰明的不塌實，塌實的反應(yīng)慢，成績并不是很理想。上 100分的沒有，而且有 4 個是剛剛在邊緣， 80 多分的比較多，參差不齊，給上課帶來很大的難度。問問題也只是成績好的幾個在問，其他有的居然還裝樣。上課不注意聽講，問題出來了不動腦筋想，而是急于去想課本上找答案，半天說不出個所以然來，學習方法 不靈活。 初中英語共五冊，我們爭取在二月份上完九年級全一冊，四月中旬復習完五冊課本，邊復習、邊歸納、邊練習，復習一冊就測試一次。在檢測學生學習中存在的問題的同時，及時向?qū)W生反饋遺漏、模糊、條理不清的知識，使學生在最短的時間內(nèi)對學過的知識有一套系統(tǒng)的、完整的體系。五月份系統(tǒng)復習，六月份做模擬套卷。 三、教學措施 根據(jù)學生的情況和班上的實際，本學期采用以下措施： （ 1）首先要從思想上扭轉(zhuǎn)學生以往的不良學習習慣和態(tài)度，培養(yǎng)學生自覺的學習習慣，動腦的優(yōu)良習慣，課堂上精講多練。即將面臨的是中考，學生的態(tài) 度變化多變極不穩(wěn)定，要動員好學生做好思想工作。 （ 2）根據(jù)學生各人的具體情況，要求各自提出明確的學習目標，具體的分數(shù)，每次考試都要寫總結(jié)并制定下一次的目標只準前進不許后退，建立錯題庫自我評價。并督促為實現(xiàn)目標切實地進行刻苦學習． （ 3）每堂課教師一定注意當堂的學習效果，突出重點難點．務(wù)必要求學生掌握必須掌握的基本的東西．注意檢查學生做筆記的情況。每天都要布置作業(yè)不然有的學生比較懶散。記憶背誦是很重要的老師沒有時時跟著學生，我選了學習小組長每天跟蹤復習，自己隨意抽查哪組做不好就狠狠的懲罰。 （ 4） 教學過程應(yīng)突出學生的實踐活動，指導學生主動地獲取知識，科學地訓練技能，全面提高語文能力。要提倡靈活多（ 5）重視創(chuàng)設(shè)英語學習的環(huán)境，溝通課本內(nèi)外、課堂內(nèi)外、學校內(nèi)外的聯(lián)系，拓寬學習渠道，增加學生應(yīng)用的機會。作文教學與閱讀教學相結(jié)合，在寫作中學閱讀，閱讀中學寫作。積累經(jīng)典名言名句等。 （ 7）作業(yè)要天天有，作業(yè)教師要收上來改并寫上評語，或者讓同學之間相互改正。做得好的要表揚，沒有按時完成要給予批評，并監(jiān)督完成。作業(yè)上問題比較突出的要提出來講解分析。對與問題比較嚴重的，如有必要，教師要單獨做做思想工作。 （ 8）利用課外時間進行培優(yōu)補差。把學生分成兩類，中上提高括充知識點，中后有一定潛力的，以抓好基礎(chǔ)知識為重?？s小兩極差異兼顧整體共同進步。 （ 9）要想學好英語就要用英語 .學生大部分不好意思開口說話 .這給聽力教學和交際教學帶來了嚴重的障礙 ,特別語言越來越注重交際性 .好多學生學了只是為了考好試 ,不愿去說 .為了克服這個問題 ,我先帶好幾個積極的同學 ,鼓勵他們帶動大家的積極性 .以部分帶動整體。 四、教學進度安排 第一周到第三周上完九年級 Units1315；第四周到第六周復習七年級上下冊；第七周到第九周復習八年 級上下冊；第十周到第十二周復習九年級全一冊；迎接 4 月份調(diào)教；然后進行具體、專項復習如名詞、代詞、數(shù)詞、冠詞、形容詞副詞、動詞、句子結(jié)構(gòu)、復合句、交際用語、聽力（十三、十四兩周）。在第十五周復習完準備第二次調(diào)考。第十六周到十七周對重點難點，聽力重點訓練并檢測。第十八周后仿真模擬訓練，還要精講多練，針對常考易錯的再總結(jié)復習。最后做好考前動員。在復習中注重對學生難點進行突破，鞏固重點，強化基礎(chǔ)，迎接六月中旬的中考。 五、工作內(nèi)容 實現(xiàn)英語成績達標，完成學校交給的升學目標，和各課任老師團結(jié)思想相互交流、學習 。注意收集中考資料，到周邊學校交流探究、取長補短彌補自己的經(jīng)驗不足。每次考試后都進行橫向、縱向的分析，并采取針對性的診斷措施及時糾正。 Function Talking about rules Structure Wordbuilding (1): pound and abbreviation Listening/Speaking ● Listening for specific information ● Describing rules Reading/Writing ● Identifying and using reference words: it, they, that and there ● Writing a description of a museum Around the world The Palace Museum Task Planning a guide to a museum Unit 1 You mustn’t touch it. ■ Warm up by talking about what a museum is.
