【正文】 習(xí),偶爾會(huì)受到環(huán)境和其他不利因素的干擾,能夠及時(shí)與教師進(jìn)行溝通,幫助老師調(diào)整自己的教學(xué)方法;有 10 多個(gè)的學(xué)生屬于鞭策進(jìn)步型,此類學(xué)生平時(shí)基本能夠配合老師的教學(xué),但自覺性和定性不足,課堂有些喜歡享受歡樂,有些來個(gè)默不出聲。他們希望有好的成績,但怕吃苦受罪,不愿付出勞動(dòng),上課時(shí)精神不振,課后很少復(fù)習(xí)功課,需要老師的督促才會(huì)有所作為;尚有極個(gè)別學(xué)生屬于不思進(jìn)取型,積極性和主動(dòng)性極差,他們或偏科甚至對英語學(xué)習(xí)毫無興趣,需要老師再三強(qiáng)調(diào)才能勉強(qiáng)完成作業(yè)。 九( 8)班情況:學(xué)生積極性不是很高,主動(dòng)性也不夠,大部分基礎(chǔ)差,但學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度較端正。聰明的不塌實(shí),塌實(shí)的反應(yīng)慢,成績并不是很理想。上 100分的沒有,而且有 4 個(gè)是剛剛在邊緣, 80 多分的比較多,參差不齊,給上課帶來很大的難度。問問題也只是成績好的幾個(gè)在問,其他有的居然還裝樣。上課不注意聽講,問題出來了不動(dòng)腦筋想,而是急于去想課本上找答案,半天說不出個(gè)所以然來,學(xué)習(xí)方法 不靈活。 初中英語共五冊,我們爭取在二月份上完九年級全一冊,四月中旬復(fù)習(xí)完五冊課本,邊復(fù)習(xí)、邊歸納、邊練習(xí),復(fù)習(xí)一冊就測試一次。在檢測學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)中存在的問題的同時(shí),及時(shí)向?qū)W生反饋遺漏、模糊、條理不清的知識(shí),使學(xué)生在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)對學(xué)過的知識(shí)有一套系統(tǒng)的、完整的體系。五月份系統(tǒng)復(fù)習(xí),六月份做模擬套卷。 三、教學(xué)措施 根據(jù)學(xué)生的情況和班上的實(shí)際,本學(xué)期采用以下措施: ( 1)首先要從思想上扭轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)生以往的不良學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和態(tài)度,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自覺的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,動(dòng)腦的優(yōu)良習(xí)慣,課堂上精講多練。即將面臨的是中考,學(xué)生的態(tài) 度變化多變極不穩(wěn)定,要?jiǎng)訂T好學(xué)生做好思想工作。 ( 2)根據(jù)學(xué)生各人的具體情況,要求各自提出明確的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),具體的分?jǐn)?shù),每次考試都要寫總結(jié)并制定下一次的目標(biāo)只準(zhǔn)前進(jìn)不許后退,建立錯(cuò)題庫自我評價(jià)。并督促為實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)切實(shí)地進(jìn)行刻苦學(xué)習(xí).
