【正文】 th regard to the constitution, the Magna Charta is the sign of origin of British constitution. Then, Bill of Rights ended the autocratic monarchy and established the supremacy of parliament which plays an important role in the history of British constitution. The constitutional monarchy began with Glorious Revolution which ended the rule of absolutism pletely. The original form of British Parliament is the Witan. It has developed better and better since then. The Cabinet developed from Privy Council and turned to be responsible for Parliament after Glorious Revolution.“After years of struggle and numerous battles in the late 1700s, the United States finally succeeded in breaking from the British Empire and became the first colonial possession to achieve independence from the mother country.”[3] Then they began to find their own way to govern the newly born nation. The constitution of United States of America (1787) is the first written constitution in America and it received much praise. English politician William said it was the most beautiful work created during the special historical period. American physical truth bined with enlightenment thought political theory, which promoted the development of American capitalist economy. Separation of powers and checks and balances prevented despotism and guaranteed democracy. It also had disadvantages. It admitted slavery and black slave trade, which developed racial discrimination. “According to Virginia Plan, there would be a central government with three branches: a legislative of two houses, a national judiciary.” [3] This is the origin of American government. 3. ImplicationsI think the most influential revolution in the world is English Bourgeois Revolution. It influenced and enlightened countries in Europe and encouraged them to flight with despotism. Although there is no written constitution in the UK, they put laws in practice. We should learn that never be an armchair strategist and the action is key. America succeeded in breaking from the British Empire and achieve independence, which inspires me that we should be brave to flight vicious power and pursue freedom. As long as we face up to difficulties and make efforts to deal with them, we can achieve our dreams.4. ConclusionIn conclusion, government system is plicated but wellorganized and there are many places need to improve. In our country, two serious problems are corruption and bribetaking. We are all worried about the problems because they have developed unhealthy social mood. Fortunately, our government has realized the problems and begun to take measures to solve them.
