【正文】 氨綸絲含有硅油，如除油劑（專業(yè)除氨綸硅油）不僅會造成反沾到布面，因此漂底前處理必須充分，可以選用分散性較強的皂洗劑，去除氨綸絲沾上的浮色，使染前胚布漂底均勻，染色指標(biāo)一致。5．4染色因選擇配伍性一致的綠色系列染料拼染，對元明粉、純堿、浴比等依存性較小的綠色系列染料，元明粉最高不超過60G/L，化料元明粉、純堿和染料盡量避開，不允許高濃度的元明粉中有染料，不然容易造成鹽析和色漬，加翠蘭染料容易產(chǎn)生泡沫，泡沫時間過長，泡沫過大易造成染色色花，但不能加消泡劑不然會產(chǎn)生飄油問題。5．5氨綸汗布上色比一般胚布要快，得色率要高出1020%以上，所以染色時要控制好上色速度，工藝制定時注意加料速率和時間，化料時也要化勻化開，不然會產(chǎn)生色漬色花。 5．6染色操作時要保證行機順暢，染色操作時噴嘴壓力夠大轉(zhuǎn)速正常，受的張力不能太大5．7前處理不干凈雜質(zhì)較多，元明粉用量大造成鹽析，堿與染料過渡反應(yīng)時，造成BlueR艷蘭水解，出現(xiàn)紅湯現(xiàn)象，上色率下降。6．結(jié)論6．1本文結(jié)合工廠生產(chǎn)實踐，總結(jié)、探討了棉/氨汗布的翠蘭染色中容易產(chǎn)生色花、色漬、色差、風(fēng)印細皺紋等問題，并對具體工藝技術(shù)、操作要點作分析討論，探討解決辦法。6．2前處理質(zhì)量好壞很關(guān)鍵，可從源頭上解決染色上會出現(xiàn)色花色差等問題。本文強調(diào)了毛坯預(yù)定型、練漂工序的重要性，我公司在練漂工序中的汽蒸時間以不超過40分鐘為原則，并盡量降低雙氧水濃度。6．3本文選擇活性翠蘭染料染棉/氨汗布，采取提高染色溫度（80℃）、元明粉和純堿各分三次加入等工藝改進措施，并加強皂洗后處理，有效改善了活性翠蘭染料染棉/氨汗布容易產(chǎn)生色花、色漬、色差、風(fēng)印細皺紋等弊病。6．4 本文也總結(jié)了活性翠蘭染料染棉/氨汗布的生產(chǎn)工藝操作要點。 參考文獻[1] 杭偉明 主編. 纖維材料及面料[M]. 北京： 中國紡織出版社 2005 8[2] 沈志平 主編. 染整技術(shù)第二冊[M]. 北京： 中國紡織出版社 [3] 蔡蘇英 主編. 染整技術(shù)實驗 [M]. 北京： 中國紡織出版社 2005 7Abstract:This article unifies in the Factory affiliated with a school production practice, summarized, has discussed the quality question which in the cotton and kapok/ammonia perspiration cloth39。s green jade blue dyeing easy to produce, and to the concrete processing technology, the operation main point made the analysis to discuss, discussion solution.
