A plenum is established in the upstream of HVAC interface, the air pressure in the plenum is controlled within a certain range with automatic test and control method. The flow meters in the upstream of the plenum measure the actual air leakage. The tes method has many advantages pared to the traditional test technology, such as high sensitivity, accurate pressure controlling, high automation and easy to use. Key words: HVAC。 Air leakage。 testing。 Automatic control汽車(chē)后橋半軸用高性能非調(diào)質(zhì)鋼的開(kāi)發(fā)及應(yīng)用研究應(yīng)善強(qiáng) 曹正 鹿云 王敢利 馬汝忠(中國(guó)第一汽車(chē)集團(tuán)公司技術(shù)中心)【摘要】根據(jù)某重型貨車(chē)后橋半軸減重的需求,開(kāi)發(fā)了后橋半軸用高性能微合金非調(diào)質(zhì)鋼(FAS2340鋼)。論述了后橋半軸材料開(kāi)發(fā)中考慮的主要影響因素,對(duì)FAS2340鋼的各項(xiàng)性能進(jìn)行了分析及應(yīng)用研究。結(jié)果表明,由于FAS2340鋼優(yōu)良的強(qiáng)韌性,使得FAS2340鋼半軸的疲勞性能比傳統(tǒng)用鋼半軸大幅提高;在滿足重型貨車(chē)后橋工作承載需求的前提下,減重10%。高性能非調(diào)質(zhì)鋼的應(yīng)用,不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了節(jié)材,同時(shí)大幅度降低了半軸生產(chǎn)制造過(guò)程的能源消耗。主題詞:重型載貨車(chē) 后橋半軸 非調(diào)質(zhì)鋼 Research on Development and Application of High Performance Nonhardened Tempered Steel for Semiaxle of Automotive Rear AxleLu Yun。 Cao Zheng。 Wang Ganli。 Ma Ruzhong(China FAW Group Corporation Ramp。D Center)【Abstract】Based on the weight reduction requirement for a heavyduty truck semiaxle of rear axle, a kind of high performance microalloy nonhardened tempered steel (FAS2340 Steel) was developed. The main influence factors in material development of semiaxle were discussed, and the performance and application of steel FAS2340 were analyzed and researched. The results showed that steel FAS2340 had good tenacity, so the fatigue capability of semiaxle improved greatly pared with the traditional steel semiaxle。 at the same time the weight reduced 10%.The application of high capability nonhardened tempered steel not only saved materials but also reduced energy consumption in the manufacturing process of semiaxle.Key words: Heavyduty truck。 Semiaxle of rear axle。 Nonhardened tempered steel鋸齒形內(nèi)齒主動(dòng)齒輪冷擠壓成型技術(shù)研究伍太賓 孔凡新(南京工程學(xué)院)【摘要】對(duì)具有鋸齒形內(nèi)齒的起動(dòng)主動(dòng)齒輪冷擠壓成型過(guò)程中,坯料形狀與尺寸選擇、坯料的前處理、冷擠壓模具的精度控制、齒形沖頭的結(jié)構(gòu)和加工質(zhì)量、模具材料選擇等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了分析研究。采用不同形狀毛坯進(jìn)行了冷擠壓成型工藝試驗(yàn),指出了成型缺陷的主要影響因素,確定了合理的毛坯及其軟化、潤(rùn)滑工藝條件,成功地冷擠壓出符合零件技術(shù)要求的高質(zhì)量、高精度冷擠壓件。生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐表明,該冷擠壓成型工藝是一種高效、經(jīng)濟(jì)的近凈成型加工技術(shù)。主題詞:主動(dòng)齒輪 鋸齒形內(nèi)齒 冷擠壓 模具Study on Cold Extruding Forming Technology for the Driving Gear of Sawtooth Inner GearWu Taibin,Kong Fanxin(Nanjing Institute of Technology)【Abstact】In this paper the key technologies including the choice of blank shape and size, pretreatment of blank, the accuracy control of cold extruding die, the structure and quality of punch pin and the choice of die materials etc in the cold extruding process for driving gear of sawtooth inner gear were analyzed. The different blanks were used in cold extruding forming tests, the main influence factors of forming faults were presented and the reasonable softening and lubricating technical conditions of blank were defined, then the cold extruding parts with high quality and accuracy, which satisfied the technical requirement of products, were produced.
