The structure was characterized by UV, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, elemental analysis and Xray crystal diffraction. It′s crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/c, a = (2) nm, b = (3) nm, c = (4) nm, β = (10)176。, Z = 4, V = (11) nm3, Dc = Mgm3, m(MoKa)= mm1, F(000)= 1448, R1=, wR2 = . Crystal structure shows a distorted trigonal bipyramidal configuration with fivecoordination for the central tin atom. Due to the coordinations of the carboxyl and the carbonyl group, the 1D zigzag structure of the plex is formed.
