It was also used for manufacturing the methanol protein and other products. This has promoted the development of methanol production and the needs of the market.The purpose of this design is to refining the crude methanol content into %.Based on the process of methanol distillation, the threecolumndistillation is widely used currently.The threecolumndistillation has advantages in low energy consumption, high product quality and so on.So this design based on the principle of threecolumnsdistillation process, in ways of material balance calculation, energy balance calculation, equipment selection, the calculation of the size of the atmospheric tower (main equipment) and workshop layout design to plete the design.Key words:Methanol;Distillation;Process design;Threecolumndistillation附 錄(1) 帶控制點的工藝流程圖(2) 甲醇精制車間平立面圖
