【正文】 shall abide by the terms of Confidentiality in this Contract and have obligation to maintain the Confidential Information after the termination of the Contract. The obligation shall end only upon the consent of the other side or only if the disclosure of the Confidential Information will not cause any loss of the other side. 雙方應(yīng)遵守本合同中的保密條款，并且在本合同終止之后，各方仍需遵守本合同之保密條款，履行其所承諾的保密義務(wù)，直到對(duì)方同意其解除此項(xiàng)義務(wù)，或事實(shí)上不會(huì)因違反本合同的保密條款而給對(duì)方造成任何形式的損害為止。8.
