【正文】 Agreement or Contract to provide consulting services to any other party, firm, or pany in the Armored car industry on matters relating to the scope of this consultancy, and will not enter into any such Agreement or Contract during the term of this Contract. The party B acknowledges and agrees, however, that nothing in this Contract shall affect the obligation of Party A, or research on behalf of, the Party A or any ponent of The Party A, including, but not limited to, obligations or research of the Party A in connection with a transfer by the Party A of materials or intellectual property developed in whole or in part by the Party A, or in connection with research collaborations. 甲方向乙方保證甲方不會在此咨詢范圍內(nèi)沒有任何協(xié)議或合同向運鈔車行業(yè)的任何一方、公司提供咨詢服務(wù)，并在此合同期限內(nèi)也不會簽署此類協(xié)議或合同。乙方認(rèn)可并同意，然而，此協(xié)議沒有任何條款能改變顧問方對其任何組成部分的義務(wù)或代表甲方及其任何組成部分進(jìn)行的研究，包括但不限于，由甲方全部或部分開發(fā)的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)或材料或和研究合作有關(guān)的轉(zhuǎn)讓。3.
