Ltd北方裝備有限責(zé)任公司Party B: (Receiver) CHINA HUASHI GROUP REPRESENTA199。195。O EM ANGOLA，LIMITADA中國海山集團(tuán)有限公司安哥拉分公司Party A and Party B, intending to be legally bound, and in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, agree as follows: 甲乙雙方根據(jù)本合同所列條文，以及同意此合同受法律約束的情況下，一致達(dá)成協(xié)議如下：1. Item of service服務(wù)內(nèi)容The “Service” herein referred to, is the consulting, maintaining, repairing and improving for the armored car.
