Organize related departments inspect and evaluate the site, cooperate with higher departments to check and accept “civil and safe building site”。參加工傷事故的調查分析，針對事故原因提出防范措施。9. Participate in analysis industrial accident, put forward preventive measures according to the cause.辦公室職責Responsibilities of Officers1）加強項目基礎管理及內外協(xié)調工作，強化信息傳遞。1. Strengthen basic management of the project and inside and outside of coordination, intensify information transferation.2）做好對外聯(lián)絡工作，加強與當?shù)卣鞴懿块T的合作關系，做好對外接待、宣傳工作。2. Connect nearly with oueside, strengthen the corporation with local government.3）確立內部基礎管理流程，制定崗位責任制，積累各種資料。3. Radicate inside manage flow, establis post responsibility system, accumulate warious informations.4）做好施工現(xiàn)場的標準化管理；做好文件的收發(fā)整理工作。4. Keep standardized mangagement at site and dispatch of the file. 5）負責文件資料的登記、分辦、簽收、傳遞、立卷、歸檔、銷毀等工作，并建立文件管理臺帳。5. Take charge of the registration, sign in, transferation, pigeonhole, destroying and so on of the files.6）做好后勤保障等事務。6. Logistics support and so on.7）辦理對政府行政管理部門的聯(lián)系、協(xié)調工作. 7. Communication with administrations. 行保部職責1）對本工程的消防、保衛(wèi)工作負總責。對參加本工程的所有施工單位進行統(tǒng)一管理并負責指導、檢查、監(jiān)督和協(xié)調工作。1. Resposible for whole work of fire control and security. Guide, inspect, supervise all the construction units participating in the project.2）完善和健全管理各種臺帳，強化消防管理和監(jiān)督工作，對進出人員和車輛進行登記和檢查。2. Perfect kinds of account book, enhance management and supervision of fire fighting, register and inspect persons and vehicles pass in and out.3）負責完善本項目消防、保衛(wèi)工作制度，并有針對性地制定有效防范措施。3. Perfect the system of fire contorl and safeguard for the project, and make corresponding measures.4）監(jiān)督分包商認真執(zhí)行保衛(wèi)、消防等方面的法規(guī)、條例、標準和規(guī)定的實施。4. Supervise subcontrator executing the regulation, standard of fire control and safeguard.
