【正文】 r switch of retarderstep1:檢查緩速器的電源線以及各接地線的連接狀況，確認其完整無損、接觸良好。手動開關置0檔，用試燈一端接地，另一端分別檢測緩速器控制電源開關的輸出端口Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ 和Ⅳ，試燈不應點亮。如果某端口使試燈亮，則更換該控制電源開關。如正常，則進入step2。Make sure the power cable of retarder and the earth cable are correctly connected. Change over the handlever switch to step 0, then one end of the test lamp is attached to earth and the other end is connected to the output terminal Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ or Ⅳ respectively。 replace the control power switch in case of illuminating the test lamp。 If not, enter the procedure . step2：用跨接導線一端接“＋”極，另一端分別與接線柱3和4進行碰觸，同時試燈一端接地，另一端檢測端口Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ 和Ⅳ。正常情況下，跨接導線接觸到某一接線柱，對應的接線端口有+24V輸出，對應輸出端口就能使試燈點亮。如果對應的接線端口沒有+24V輸出，或相應端口不能使試燈點亮，則更換該控制電源開關。如正常，則進入step3。One end of the jumper cable is attached to “+” pole and the other end is touched to the terminals 1, 2, 3 or 4 respectively. If the test lamp is illuminating but the corresponding retarder operating telltale or braking telltale of vehicle is gone out, check correlative circuits or replace the teltale. pressure switch注意：在進行本檢測之前，必須確認車輛的剎車氣路工作正常。Notice: It must be ensured that the braking pneumatic circuit works normally before carrying out the pressure switch test. step1： 啟動發(fā)動機，用試燈對四個氣壓開關分別進行檢測。試燈一端接地，另一端分別接在四個氣壓開關的輸出端。試燈應不亮。如果試燈被點亮，則更換相應的氣壓開關，如果檢查正常，則進入step2。Startup engine and then test 4 pressure switches respectively via a test lamp. Step2：啟動發(fā)動機，確認氣制動系統(tǒng)壓力正常后，踩下剎車踏板，用試燈分別檢測四個氣壓開關的輸出端，試燈應被點亮，同時控制電源開關內(nèi)端口V、S、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ 和Ⅳ有+24V輸出；如試燈不亮，或控制電源開關內(nèi)端口內(nèi)相應端口V、S、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ 和Ⅳ沒有+24V輸出，則更換相應的氣壓開關，或檢查氣壓開關到控制電源開關的連接導線；如果檢查正常，則結束本次檢測。After start up engine, ensure that the pressure for air braking system is normal and step on the braking pedal, test 4 pressure switches respectively via a test lamp。 the lamp should be illuminating, and at the same time there is +24V on output terminalsⅠ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, S, V in the control power switch. If not, replace the pressure switches or check up the connecting cable between the pressure switches and the control power switch. If the checking items are up to par, plete the pressure switch test. ㈨.試車檢驗Trial test如以上檢測全部正常，則可取消車速信號屏蔽：將靜態(tài)檢測時緩速器控制單元端口4與3的短接線拆除。然后進行車輛的動態(tài)檢測。If the checking items mentioned above are up to par, take away the jumper cable between the port 3 and 4 of the control unit, and then carry out the dynamic detection for vehicle. step1：點火啟動車輛并進入行駛狀態(tài)，當車速低于5Km/h時，依次將手動開關搬至4檔（或踩制動踏板）。此時，緩速器應處于不工作狀態(tài)，緩速器的工作指示燈應熄滅；如檢查正常，進入step2。After start up the engine and drive the vehicle in the running state, push the handlever switch to step 1, 2, 3 and 4 in turn (or step on the braking pedal) in case that the vehicle speed is below 5Km/h, at this point the retarder is not available and the operating telltale of retarder should be gone out. If the checking items are up to par, enter the next procedure.Step2：當車速大于5Km/h時，依次將手動開關搬至4檔（或踩制動踏板）。此時，緩速器應處于工作狀態(tài)，緩速器的工作指示燈應點亮。如緩速器的工作指示燈未被點亮（應先確認該燈泡是合格的，以及線路的正確連接），即緩速器處于不工作狀態(tài)，測量緩速器控制單元端口4電壓，若無+24V電壓，則更換緩速器控制單元；若有+24V電壓，之后測量端口11的電壓，若無+24V電壓，則需檢查ABS是否存在問題，若有+24V電壓，則更換緩速器控制單元。如檢查正常，則可結束本次檢測。Push the handlever switch to step 1, 2, 3 and 4 in turn (or step on the braking pedal) in case that the vehicle speed exceeds 5Km/h, at this point the retarder should be in operating mode and the operating telltale of retarder should be illuminated. If the checking items are up to par, enter the next procedure. 如靜態(tài)和動態(tài)下的檢測都正常，則可結束電氣部分的檢測。If the static and dynamic test items are up to par, plete the test for electric system. 維護與保養(yǎng)Maintenance為保證電渦流緩速器具有良好的使用性能和理想的使用壽命，需要對緩速器定期進行維護與保養(yǎng)。To ensure long service life and guarantee the proper functioning of the retarder, maintenance must be carried out at regular intervals. ▲清洗Purge車輛在灰塵較多的環(huán)境里或泥濘道路上行駛，灰塵、泥土等必定會粘附并沉積到緩速器上，而影響到緩速器的散熱性能和使用壽命，所以應經(jīng)常進行清潔。轉子部分應該使用壓力/蒸汽水槍進行周期性的污垢清潔，必要時也可使用輕微外力輔助清潔。定子部分，尤其是線圈部分只能用輕微的壓力水槍進行清潔。（清洗定子后必須將附著上面的水除去，否則可能引起線圈短路）。 Because the retarder always operates under atrocious conditions, dust and dirt will adhere to it inevitably and have an influence on heat dispersion and servcie life, so purging work should be done regularly. The rotor part should be cleaned with pressed/steamed water gun periodicly, slight external force is needed to clean accessorily if necessary. The stator part, especial for electrical part, should be cleaned with slight pressure (after residual moisture of stator part is removed, the retarder can be put into operation).注意：在對緩速器進行清潔之前，必須切斷車輛的電源總開關！要保持緩速器系統(tǒng)清潔，特別是轉子不應覆有臟物，否則會影響系統(tǒng)的性能和壽命。Note: the main switch of the vehicle must always be powered off during purging procedure!
