【導(dǎo)讀】PartyC(丙方)：美國匯盛公司ForexSigns,Inc.作為甲方授權(quán)的亞洲區(qū)首席外匯咨詢合作及代理商，丙方愿意就乙方在甲方平臺進行外匯交易，并開設(shè)真實外匯賬戶，為乙方開戶及存取。如開戶程序不能完成，甲方必須返還乙方已為其匯出的全部資金。拾元整（＄）在甲方銀行開設(shè)交易賬戶。如資料或證件不清晰造成的延誤，由乙方自行負責。取回賬戶款項，則由丙方在第二十個工作日承擔先行還款義務(wù)。同時，丙方有權(quán)向甲方追討該款項并保留相應(yīng)的權(quán)利。期間乙方若違約，
