【正文】 佰 拾 萬(wàn) 仟 佰 拾 元整（ ＄ ）在甲方銀行開(kāi)設(shè)交易賬戶（以銀行 匯款回執(zhí)、對(duì)賬憑證或類(lèi)似單據(jù) 為準(zhǔn)）。同時(shí)，丙方有權(quán)向 甲方追討該款項(xiàng)并保留相應(yīng)的權(quán)利。 This agreement shall not be effective if the account is not opened by Party B himself/herself, and the fund is not wired, deposited and withdrew by Party B himself/herself.
