FC內(nèi)閉環(huán)調(diào)試必須在控制器其他設(shè)置 (如 pid設(shè)置 )之前完成 。2. 將 LVDT反饋信號(hào)和接力器反饋信號(hào)取至控制器 , 用繪圖軟件分別繪出這兩個(gè)信號(hào)對(duì)時(shí)間的曲線 。3. 通過(guò)控制器將接力器設(shè)置在 50% 附近 。 4. 將反饋放大器的電位器調(diào)整至中間位置 (電位器總共有 25圈)。5. 通過(guò)控制器給接力器 1~3% 的階躍信號(hào) 。6. 觀測(cè) LVDT反饋信號(hào)曲線 ,在控制器中增加 “閥增益 ”,使得LVDT反饋稍稍欠阻尼 (見(jiàn)圖二 )。7. 順時(shí)針調(diào)整反饋放大器的電位器 , 直到 LVDT反饋稍稍過(guò)阻尼 (見(jiàn)圖三 )。 8. 重復(fù)步驟 6, 增加 “閥增益 ”,使得 LVDT反饋稍稍欠阻尼 (見(jiàn)圖二 )。9. 重復(fù)步驟 7,順時(shí)針調(diào)整反饋放大器的電位器 , 直到 LVDT反饋達(dá)到優(yōu)化狀態(tài) (見(jiàn)圖一 ), 為達(dá)到優(yōu)化狀態(tài) , 可能需要稍稍降低 “閥增益 ”.
