And mobile phone price may be a little expensive for some students.Solution Approaches：The mobile phone sellers should pay attention to the practical applicability of the mobile phones and had better reduce the price at the same time.Phenomenon：Over half of the respondents prefer to buy the mobile phones in the specialty store. A small number of them would like to buy their mobile phones in the mall. Only a few of them will buy their mobile phone online. Causal Analysis：The mobile phone in the specialty store or the mall is guaranteed.Solution Approaches：As for the manufacturer, they should increase the distributor who sells their mobile in the specialty storeConclusion:The results of the survey can be summarized as follows:1. Purpose of buying phones Calling is still the primary purpose which students consider. They municate with people in anywhere and anytime, but a considerable number of students choose to municate with text messages. Others buy phones for the sake of playing games.2. Main factors to consider From the convey and consumer behavior, there are many factors would affect students buying mobile phones. These can be roughly summed up as features, price, brand, appearance, quality and so on. We can know that the practicality is put in the first place by students. The quality is another important index.3. Purchase locations From the survey, we can found that most consumers are focused on the place to buy mobile phones. Mobile phones are generally sold in supermarket or exclusive shop. They believe their quality, the service is also good. In addition, the price advantage is also an important factor 4. The use of mobile phone From the survey, we can easily know that voice calls is the most mon use in college life. In addition, most students would surf internet on mobile phones once a day at least. Little of them would use the phones to study even though they always use it in classes.5. Others We can know that students basically change their phones above 2 years. The money of buying phones is from their parents. All in all, students cannot live without mobile phones. We should make full use of the phones to study. What’s more, we should not let them affect our everyday life. we supposed to use them rationally. 11
