【正文】 15中間板 16定模座板 17澆口套 18導(dǎo)柱 2 如圖 31 所示。模具合模時(shí)，注射機(jī)推力的作用下，兩個(gè)分型面一次閉合復(fù)位，推南湖學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 26 板推動(dòng)復(fù)位 桿向后運(yùn)動(dòng)，使推桿固定板復(fù)位，待模具完全閉合后，完成合模動(dòng)作；合模后，注射機(jī)通過噴嘴將 ABS 熔料經(jīng)流道注入型腔，經(jīng)過保壓冷卻后塑件成型；開模時(shí)，由于彈簧 2 的作用，中間板 7 與定模 15 首先沿 AA 作定距離分開，以便取出兩板之間的澆注系統(tǒng)凝料。繼續(xù)開模時(shí)，由于定距拉板的作用 1 的末端與固定在中間板 7 上的限位釘 3 接觸，使中間板 14 停止移動(dòng)，這樣隨著動(dòng)模繼續(xù)移動(dòng)而迫使模具沿 BB 分開，進(jìn)而推出機(jī)構(gòu)將塑件推出。至此一個(gè)成型周期完成，進(jìn)入下一個(gè)循環(huán)周期。 南湖學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 27 第四章 結(jié)論 一晃而過，大學(xué)四年的生活一下就要結(jié)束了。而畢業(yè) 論文是我對(duì)大學(xué)所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí)交的一個(gè)答卷。 我通過充電器外殼注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)，使我獲益良多。首先，通過查閱注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)資料，基本掌握了模具設(shè)計(jì)的原理和基本過程，對(duì)注塑模具各個(gè)組成部分有了一定的感性認(rèn)識(shí)。然后整理思路，對(duì)整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)的流程梳理清楚，畫出對(duì)應(yīng)的流程圖，從而得到其中最有效率、也是最簡單，不走彎路的設(shè)計(jì)流程；其次，因?yàn)樵谠O(shè)計(jì)中所有資料都要去自學(xué)，從中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，然后解決問題，最后總結(jié)問題。從而增強(qiáng)了我獨(dú)立思考問題、解決問題的能力，這對(duì)我以后無論從事何種職業(yè)都有很大的幫助，例如澆注系統(tǒng)方面凝料的處 理、分型面的確定、型腔的布置和數(shù)目的確定、型芯和型腔的方式設(shè)計(jì)、分模機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、冷卻系統(tǒng)的處理、模架的選擇以及注射機(jī)的校核等；最后，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)了 CAD、PROE 等繪圖軟件，并有了新的認(rèn)識(shí)和提高，就畫裝配圖時(shí)手畫會(huì)不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和效率低下，又去學(xué)習(xí)了有助于提高有關(guān)模具設(shè)計(jì)效率的工具：燕秀工具箱，使畫出的圖更標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、美觀。 通過這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，不但鞏固了我的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí)，而且增加了專業(yè)知識(shí)的寬度，為以后有可能從事這方面的工作打下了一定的理論和實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。當(dāng)然，我在模具設(shè)計(jì)方面還存在很多的缺陷。但這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)讓我明白 了，雖然對(duì)模具設(shè)計(jì)缺乏經(jīng)驗(yàn)，只要時(shí)刻抱著不斷學(xué)習(xí)，認(rèn)真、負(fù)責(zé)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膽B(tài)度，相信自己能做好就一定可以做好。 希望各位老師點(diǎn)評(píng)！ 南湖學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 28 參考文獻(xiàn) [1] 邱建新 ,李發(fā)根主編 .模具工業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢綜述 [J].2022年 11 期 .
