The results showed that the SPAD value of tobacco was significantly inhibited pared with 0 mg/L in the praseodymium element, and the lowest value was at 5mg/L. Chlorophyll a, B and CT showed similar effects with SPAD, and the five groups of data also reached a significant level, and was extremely significant level. In the treatment of low concentration of rare earth cerium chloride for tobacco SPAD value in the mean value of 0 mg/L group was , the overall promotion function, maximum promotion effect in 5mg/L, a, B, green CT and SPAD showed similar effects at different concentrations were statistically significant differences between the 5% and reached 1% significant difference.
