【正文】 形成、積累和立卷歸檔工作。 7 建設(shè)單位必須向有關(guān)的勘察、設(shè)計(jì)、施工、監(jiān)理等單位提供與建設(shè)工程有關(guān)的原始資料。原始資料必須真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、齊全。由建設(shè)單位采 購的材料、構(gòu)配件和設(shè)備應(yīng)保證符合設(shè)計(jì)文件和合同要求。 8 施工過程中應(yīng)及時(shí)辦理應(yīng)由建設(shè)單位簽認(rèn)的施工資料,并收集和匯總各參建單位歸檔的施工資料。 9 在組織工程竣工驗(yàn)收之前,建設(shè)單位應(yīng)提請(qǐng)當(dāng)?shù)爻墙n案管理機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)工程施工資料進(jìn)行預(yù)審驗(yàn)收,施工資料不符合本規(guī)程規(guī)定的,不得組織工程竣工驗(yàn)收,并要求其整改和完善。 10 新建、改建、擴(kuò)建的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,建設(shè)單位均必須按照基本建設(shè)程序開展工作,配備專職或兼職施工資料檔案管理人員,施工資料檔案管理人員應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)及時(shí)收集、匯總各參建單位立卷歸檔的施工資料,并按類別、形成時(shí)間進(jìn)行登記、立卷、保管,工程竣工后按規(guī)定進(jìn)行移交。 11 單位工程的沉降觀測(cè)應(yīng)由建設(shè)單位委托有資質(zhì)的測(cè)量單位承擔(dān),并出具符合要求的沉降觀測(cè)報(bào)告。 12 對(duì)列入城建檔案管理機(jī)構(gòu)接收范圍的施工資料,工程竣工驗(yàn)收后三個(gè)月內(nèi),向當(dāng)?shù)爻墙n案管理機(jī)構(gòu)移交一套符合規(guī)定的施工資料檔案。 13 竣工圖的繪制工作應(yīng)由建設(shè)單位負(fù)責(zé),也可由建設(shè)單位委托施工單位、監(jiān)理單位、或設(shè)計(jì)單位繪制,并按相關(guān)文件規(guī)定承擔(dān)費(fèi)用。 監(jiān)理單位對(duì)施工資料的管理應(yīng)承擔(dān)下列職責(zé): 1 監(jiān)理單位 應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)監(jiān)理資料的管理工作,實(shí)行項(xiàng)目總監(jiān)理工程師負(fù)責(zé)制,指定專人負(fù)責(zé)施工監(jiān)理資料的收集、整理、保管和歸檔工作。在合同沒有約定的情況下,應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)編制兩套監(jiān)理資料,其中移交建設(shè)單位一套,自行保存一套。 2 監(jiān)理資料的填寫、編制、審核、及審批應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建設(shè)工程監(jiān)理規(guī)范》 GB/T50319 2020 的有關(guān)規(guī)定。 3 監(jiān)理單位應(yīng)按照合同約定,在施工階段監(jiān)督、檢查施工單位資料的形成、收集和歸檔工作,保證施工單位資料的真實(shí)性、準(zhǔn)確性、完整性。 4 對(duì)施工單位報(bào)送的資料按規(guī)定進(jìn)行審查, 符合要求后予以簽認(rèn)。 5 監(jiān)理資料在移交和歸檔前必須由項(xiàng)目總監(jiān)理工程師審核并簽字,并在工程竣工驗(yàn)收后,及時(shí)向建設(shè)單位移交。 施工單位對(duì)施工資料的管理應(yīng)承擔(dān)下列職責(zé): 1 施工單位應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)施工資料的管理工作,逐級(jí)建立、健全施工資料管理部門和各級(jí)崗位責(zé)任制,實(shí)行技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人負(fù)責(zé)制。各級(jí)施工資料的管理部門應(yīng)配備工程技術(shù)人員,經(jīng)培訓(xùn)考試合格后,方可從事yuan, an incr ease of 17. 5%。 local gover nm ent gener al budget r evenue of 500 m ilon Yuan, . .
