【正文】 理解建筑師的設計概念，并試圖完全實現(xiàn)建筑師關于所有建筑 的 造型和分格， 沿續(xù) 建筑師定下的細部外型尺寸。在此基礎上，我們按照建筑圖和 相關招標文件 的要求進行幕墻系統(tǒng) 深化 設計。 The project designed by IWKamp。Partners And East China Architectural Desige amp。 Research Institute Co., Ltd reflect the architect’s unique style whatever in the general planning or the styel and colour of the building. As a performance facade pany, we respect the architect and will follow all of the priciple about the curtain wall,ecxpte it we will according the bid document and shop drawing to deeply design th facade system.. . 建筑工程特點 Special of the project 針對 成都國金中心 建筑結構進行深入分析，其特點如下 ： 主體結構是組合結構框架鋼筋混凝土核心筒體系，內(nèi)筒由 鋼 — 混凝土組合剪力墻構成 。本工程具有超高、超柔的特點，建筑結構對風荷載的作用敏感，效應突出，環(huán)境比較惡劣。 幕墻系統(tǒng)附著在組合混凝土樓板上，需具備適應主體結構的變形的能力。 . 幕墻的 工程特點 Protect features 此項目包括四座塔樓 (兩座商業(yè)塔樓、一座公寓大樓、一座酒店及服務式公寓大樓 )以及相連的裙樓組成。塔樓一、塔樓二、 幕墻最高點約 米，塔樓三、塔樓四、幕墻最高點約 米，裙樓 8 層高 ，此標段為 五 標段。 考慮本工程的結構具有超高超柔的特點，本設計 塔樓采用 具有較好變形性能的 明框單元式幕墻， 以適應主體結構的變形 ， 單元 板塊工廠內(nèi)加工組裝，精度高．質(zhì)量好；現(xiàn)場施工周期短，占地少，施工噪聲小，適于鬧市區(qū)施工特點．單元板塊以樓層高度為基數(shù)設置玻璃單元板塊，兩單元板塊之間間隙為 10mm。 This Project Comprises Of 4 Towers (2 Commercial Towers, 1 Residential Apartment And 1 Hotel And Serviced Apactment ) With Interlinked Podium. The Commercial Towers top point about , the Hotel And Residential Apartment top point about The project choose the framed united curtain wall as it’s great distortion performance in order to uitable the main building construct. The panal has adventages in higtpresicion, good quantity and short processing time, limited protect area so very suitable to processing in city. The number of united panal depend on the buiding high and the gap between two panal is 10mm. . 幕墻系統(tǒng)類型分布狀態(tài) （ 五 標段） Facade systems type ? 成都國金中心 商業(yè)裙樓 （ 五 標段） 幕墻 外立面主要有以下 幾 個 系統(tǒng) 組成： 拉索點駁幕墻； 隱框玻璃幕墻； 鋁板幕墻 ； 復合鋁板幕墻 ； 鋼 立柱點玻幕墻 ； 采光 天窗幕墻 ； 石材幕墻 ； 鋁合金百葉； 成都國金中心幕墻 工程 （五標段） 設計說明 10 . 各類幕墻系統(tǒng)介紹 （ 五 標段） system description of wall types . 裙樓拉索點 駁幕 墻 Pointsupported Glass System on podium 裙樓拉索點 駁幕墻 （ 取 G系統(tǒng)） 主要 位 于 塔樓 1 和塔樓 2 下面 1~7 層之間 ，采用 Ф 30 不銹鋼水平拉索 (跨度小于 10m)及 Ф 34 不銹鋼水平拉索 (跨度 1013m)， 垂直拉索為 Ф 14 不銹鋼拉索 ，玻璃采用 19mm 厚鋼化玻璃 ， 其節(jié)點構造 見圖 ~圖 . Graduation of physical performance for facade and protection measures 根據(jù) 《 建筑幕墻 》 GB/T 210862020，本幕墻 工程 （以框架式隱框玻璃幕墻 A 系統(tǒng)為例） 的 物理性能分級 及其保證措施 如下： Comly with GB/T 210862020 fom Building Curtain Walls， the facade graduation of physical performance for facade and protection measures as follows： . 幕墻的 抗風壓性能 Deformation under wind pressure 幕墻的抗風壓性能指標應根據(jù)幕墻所受的風荷載標準值 Wk確定，且不應低于。 the wind pressure criteria shall refer to standard facade wind load W1,not less than 。 在 風荷載標準值 作用下，幕墻支承 結構 和面板的相對撓度和絕對撓度不應 大于下 表的要求 。 .
