Till 2020, the sales of the fluorides chemical industry (methane chloride) will reach RMB 5 billion including the ODS substitutes with fluor RMB 2 billion, fluoropolymers and related products billion, fine chemicals with fluor RMB1 billion, and abiofluoride billion. The sales ine of fluorides chemical industry will increase % annually. Estimated Investment and Profit Analysis The project of HFC134a with the annual output of 20,000 tons is estimated to invest billion with the sales ine of billion and tax of RMB billion. Project Background And Constructtion Conditions, Location And Institution Profile of Project Unit Beginning from the early 1990s, Quzhou fluorides chemical industry has built a good base after ten years’ development. In 2020 the sales ines of the fluorides chemical industry products amount to billion gaining a high occupation rate of market. Led by the Juhua Group, Zhejiang Hansheng, Zhejiang Kaisheng, and Zhejiang Lansu, the city has 18 fluorides chemical panies with about 5000 employees. The production equipments installed include methane chloride equipments with 40,000 tons capacity, anhydrous hydrofluoric acid equipments with 40,000 tons capacity, chlorodifluoromethane equipments with 40,000 tons capacity, tetrafluoroethylene equipments with 3000 tons and 5000 tons capacity, hexaflyoropropylene equipments with 1000 tons capacity, perfluorinated ethylenepropylene copolymer equipments with 600 tons capacity, anhydrous aluminum fluoride equipments with 30,000 tons of capacity, potassium fluorine equipments with 5000 tons capacity, and HFC134a equipments with 10,000 tons capacity.
