【導(dǎo)讀】而電液比例控制是該門技術(shù)中最具生命力的一個(gè)分支。的使用要求,在某些方面已經(jīng)毫不遜色于伺服閥。但目前在實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用中使用電液比例閥構(gòu)建閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)的還不。的研究有重要的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。本論文以銅電解自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線中的主要設(shè)備。速度控制系統(tǒng),對(duì)銑耳機(jī)縱向進(jìn)給裝置的速度進(jìn)行控制。由于拖車穩(wěn)速精度直接影響到模型運(yùn)動(dòng)速度和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的精度,試驗(yàn)水池拖車工作原理進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹和分析,結(jié)合該控制系統(tǒng)性能指標(biāo)要求,確定采用四臺(tái)直流電機(jī)作為四臺(tái)車輪的驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)。完成了該系統(tǒng)的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控功能設(shè)計(jì),大大方便和簡(jiǎn)化了對(duì)試驗(yàn)水池拖車的。的控制效果,并給出了系統(tǒng)在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)試運(yùn)行時(shí)的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果波形。試運(yùn)行工作證明該系統(tǒng)工作良好,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)目的。誤差及抖動(dòng)現(xiàn)象,影響了正常生產(chǎn)。以保證提升裝置速度控制系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性及快速性,實(shí)現(xiàn)速度的準(zhǔn)確控制。生產(chǎn)效率奠定了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。

  

【正文】 itable trend of development of hydraulic technology. In this paper, the research object is the lifting equipment of electrolytic lead residual anode washing production line, and it adopts electrohydraulic digital control to achieve speed control of lifting equipment. Firstly, this paper analyses the types, strengths and weaknesses of existing digital valves, the structure and working principle of lifting equipment. It selects hydraulic motor as implementation ponents of hydraulic control system, and selects digital direction flow valve which has pressure pensation device to control speed and rotation direction of hydraulic motor. It can realize design of electrohydraulic digital speed control system by the application of velocity feedback and microputer control. D/A signal conversion of this system is controlled by stepper motor of digital valve. This control manner leaves out D/A conversion device, and simplifies the hydraulic control system structure. Then it establishes the mathematical model of the electrohydraulic digital speed control system, adopts the characteristic equation roots method and frequency domain analysis to determine the relative stability of the closedloop system, and makes a simulation analysis of the control system by the application of MATLAB/Simulink software. Based on the simulation analysis, it adds PID correction link in order to ensure the stability and fast of speed control of the lifting equipment, to achieve accurate speed controlThe analysis showed that adopt electrohydraulic digital control technology in speed control system of the lifting equipment is feasible. It can ensure stability of lifting speed, and speed response is fast. Theoretically, it can realize zero speed error, provide a better control method for speed control system of the lifting equipment of electrolytic lead residual anode washing production line, and lay a theoretical foundation for improving production efficiency.
