【文章內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介】 明，產(chǎn)地證，裝船通知，商檢證等以及其他申請(qǐng)人要求的證明等。如果是以CFR或CIF成交，那么要求對(duì)方出具的提單為“運(yùn)費(fèi)已付“【freight prepaid】；如果是以FOB成交，那么要求對(duì)方出具的提單為“運(yùn)費(fèi)到付“【freight collect】；如果按CIF成交，申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)要求受益人提供保險(xiǎn)單，且注意保險(xiǎn)險(xiǎn)別，賠付地應(yīng)要求在到貨港。匯票的付款人應(yīng)為開(kāi)證行或指定的付款行，不可規(guī)定為開(kāi)證申請(qǐng)人，否則被視作額外單據(jù)。1.
