e shell and tube heat task is a mechanical design of the super explanation part mainly includes : the status and the role of the device in the petrochemical production , the explanation of the overall structure of this equipment , the selection of materials and structure , the explanation of the process of thetechnological manufacturing , the welding inspection , installation and maintenance and so calculation part mainly includes: the determination of the design parameters and the strength of the cylinder and head, the check of stability and pressure design is strictly accordance with GB1501998 “steel pressure vessels” and GB1511999 “shell and tube heat exchanger” to select material and finish manufacturing and testing requirements consistent with “Pressure Vessel Safety Technology Supervision” order to ensure the safety of equipment and running economy, lots of consideration about manufacturing cost, power consumption and useful life are in the designers words : fixed tube heat exchanger ;strength;畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是學(xué)生畢業(yè)前最后一個(gè)重要實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié),是學(xué)習(xí)深化與升華的重要過(guò)程。它既是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、研究與實(shí)踐成果的全面總結(jié),又是對(duì)學(xué)生素質(zhì)與能力的一次全面檢驗(yàn),而且還是對(duì)學(xué)生的畢業(yè)資格及學(xué)位資格認(rèn)證的重要依據(jù)。通過(guò)本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)使我對(duì)過(guò)程裝備與控制工程專業(yè)有了更為深刻的認(rèn)識(shí),特別是通過(guò)實(shí)踐讓我掌握了U形管換熱器的設(shè)計(jì)理念和方法,加深了對(duì)過(guò)程設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)思想的理解,設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算的過(guò)程也是個(gè)不斷學(xué)習(xí)、不斷完善自我的過(guò)程,在次過(guò)程中,熟練掌握了AutoCAD的作圖技能,對(duì)專業(yè)知識(shí)的進(jìn)一步理解和體會(huì),認(rèn)識(shí)到了一個(gè)兼顧工藝與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的化工設(shè)備對(duì)提高能源利用率,降低消耗與污染起到的不可磨滅的作用。綜上所述,在此次
