【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 我在2013年9月份加入了本學(xué)院王迎春教授的實驗室，本實驗室研究方向為植物逆境分子研究，在實驗室?guī)熜謳熃愕膸椭?，同其他四名成員申請了校級大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新訓(xùn)練，研究課題為：長葉紅砂Na+/H+逆向轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白RtSOS1和RtNHX1的功能分析。在此期間我學(xué)習(xí)到了很多知識，比如通過PCR實現(xiàn)基因的體外克隆的原理，對目的基因連接到不同載體上進行轉(zhuǎn)化，構(gòu)建重組質(zhì)粒載體，并通過浸花序法對模式植物擬南芥進行轉(zhuǎn)染，篩選等。這一系列的實驗都鍛煉了我的動手能力，現(xiàn)在本實驗進行的非常順利，中期考核也順利通過，預(yù)計于2015年8月完成，并撰寫結(jié)題報告。并以第二作者身份在華北農(nóng)學(xué)報投稿《長葉紅砂黃烷酮3羥基轉(zhuǎn)移酶3（RtF3H3）基因的克隆、表達分析及酵母表達載體的構(gòu)建》2015年6月3日錄用，以第三作者的身份在西北農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)報投稿《長葉紅砂咖啡酸O甲基轉(zhuǎn)移酶（RtCOMT）基因的克隆及蛋白純化》2015年8月30日錄用為了更好的適應(yīng)研究生的生活,提前對研究生期間進行規(guī)劃很有必要。我對自己在未來三年內(nèi)的規(guī)劃大致如下:一、研一階段:牢固專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識,提升專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。通過廣泛閱讀專業(yè)文章和科學(xué)文獻，了解他人的實驗方法和思路，為自己的實驗做準(zhǔn)備。學(xué)習(xí)理論知識的同時注重結(jié)合實際?？梢試L試對相關(guān)專業(yè)問題做專題研究，并在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下對問題進行解決。二、研二階段:跟隨導(dǎo)師，確定實驗方向。跟隨導(dǎo)師進行科學(xué)研究是十分關(guān)鍵的，從最基本的收集資料到相關(guān)問題的獨立構(gòu)思，都需要在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下進行學(xué)習(xí)的積累。培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新思維，并進行學(xué)術(shù)論文撰寫。創(chuàng)新主要來源于學(xué)習(xí)過程中不同實驗者對一些問題的不同觀點和所采用的不同試驗方法。同時希望有機會可以直博，對本專業(yè)進行深入研究。三、研三階段:完成碩士生畢業(yè)論文。把畢業(yè)論文當(dāng)作研究生三年學(xué)習(xí)的結(jié)晶，把自己的所學(xué)所思運用在論文創(chuàng)作中。第五篇：留學(xué)申請個人陳述Applicant for Computer Science Program from Tsinghua UniversityPersonal StatementFor nearly one year, when all other colleagues had gone back home after work or to the bars for relaxation, I kept myself busy with the designing, programming, and refactoring I got home every day after ten o’clock in the night, I would read papers of XXX and continue for seeking the universities and professors attractive to me until one o’clock in the sense of responsibility for the pany made me obliged to finish all the projects in my hands before I leave for my yearning for the free American environment which is easy to inspire researchers’ potential made me willing to live such hard life under much greater over two years’ software development work in Beijing Grandsoft Technology Co., Ltd has already helped me accumulate considerable experience in software programming and designing and make some achievements admirable in others’ eyes, I, who will be promoted as a senior development engineer, know clearly that only the xxx program in your department can fully exert my strength and make my pursuit e know that I belong to the kind of people who are able to better realize the life va
