It’s ”.第三篇：冀教版六年級(jí)上冊(cè)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)計(jì)劃六年級(jí)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)計(jì)劃（20162017學(xué)第一學(xué)期）一、學(xué)生狀況分析：本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任六年級(jí)2班的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作，本班現(xiàn)有學(xué)生39名，英語(yǔ)成績(jī)較差。學(xué)生的聽說(shuō)能力較差，雖然從三年級(jí)開始接觸英語(yǔ)，但應(yīng)用能力薄弱，由于以前很少訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的聽力，所以學(xué)生聽起來(lái)比較吃力。面對(duì)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)的程度不一，我將采用分層教學(xué)與整體教學(xué)相結(jié)合的教學(xué)方法，努力提高學(xué)生運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行交際的能力。學(xué)生在情感、學(xué)習(xí)策略和文化意識(shí)還存在諸多需要解決的問題。例如：有些同學(xué)對(duì)學(xué)好英語(yǔ)缺少自信，不敢用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)；合作意識(shí)淡??；學(xué)生沒養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，課前沒有預(yù)習(xí)，課后復(fù)習(xí)不扎實(shí)；不善于和總結(jié)語(yǔ)言規(guī)律，不注意知識(shí)的積累。二、本學(xué)期教育教學(xué)工作：用心摸清學(xué)生起點(diǎn)，學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)，精心備課，安排課堂訓(xùn)練活動(dòng)，努力營(yíng)造課堂氣氛，以教好教會(huì)學(xué)生為追求，幫助學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)學(xué)好。鉆研教材，認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n。鉆研教材，把握住知識(shí)點(diǎn)，備好每一堂課。教材是教學(xué)的依據(jù)，學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的主要參考書，在熟悉教材的基礎(chǔ)上講授本課程的內(nèi)容，學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)才會(huì)有依據(jù)，學(xué)生在課堂上跟不上老師時(shí)可以參考教材重新整理思路，跟上老師的思路。在備課過程中，在不離開教材的原則下，可以參考教學(xué)資料，對(duì)比它們的不同之處，尋求讓學(xué)生更容易的教法，教法后，上課之前應(yīng)與有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的老師多交流行得通，總之單兵作戰(zhàn)很容易鉆牛角尖，教學(xué)中的每問題都應(yīng)與教師交流。努力提升自身教學(xué)素質(zhì)，學(xué)習(xí)有經(jīng)驗(yàn)教師的教學(xué)方法。教學(xué)水平的提高在于努力學(xué)習(xí)、積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)，不在于教學(xué)的長(zhǎng)短。雖然兼任教研組組長(zhǎng)，但經(jīng)驗(yàn)尚不足，還需
