Pilot the qualification of the part through the PPEP ? Manage the Ining Inspection Policy and optimize it ? Organize and optimize the procurement/logistics solution with suppliers, applying principles and rules ? Pilot the containment, corrective and preventive actions to solve the upstream supply chain issues of the plant using G8D methodology ? Manage directly the supply chain critical issues with the suppliers that are escalated by the stock controllers. ? Check the effectiveness of supplier actions ? Escalate to SSCMEs for critical supply performance issues with suppliers ? Monitor supplier supply chain performance at plant level and reports it ? Be for each supplier the single point of contact in the plant on service performance issues ? Train local suppliers on improvement tools and skills: material management, production schedule (MPS, waiting queue…) ? Conduct 6 sigma projects with local suppliers, when opportune ? Conduct supply chain audit with local suppliers and follow action plans ? Contribute to the supplier panel validation launched by the modity manager ?
