【文章內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介】 損失；乙方同意對(duì)交接后的丟失、短缺、破損、毀壞、潮濕及交付錯(cuò)誤等負(fù)責(zé)，并承擔(dān)由此產(chǎn)生的一切經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。 For the missing goods, shortage, damage and damp etc before delivery, Party A agrees to discuss with Carrier and clarify the duties, and the Party with failure should be responsible for the loss caused. For the missing goods, shortage, damage, destruction, damp and wrong distribution after delivery, Party B agrees to bear all possible loss arising. 乙方應(yīng)在其海關(guān)監(jiān)管倉(cāng)庫(kù)配備必需的裝卸設(shè)備和人力，以保證貨物在運(yùn)達(dá)后及時(shí)完成卸貨工作。 Party B should arrange enough equipments and manpower to guarantee that breakdown is done timely after goods arrive at Party B’s Customs bonded warehouse. 進(jìn)入乙方倉(cāng)庫(kù)的進(jìn)港貨物，乙方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照航空貨運(yùn)單上列明的收貨人，及時(shí)通知收貨人提取；乙方不得以任何理由積壓貨物并以此向收貨人收取不正當(dāng)費(fèi)用，由此引起的一切后果由乙方承擔(dān)。 For the inbound goods arrived at Party B’s warehouse, Party B should timely inform the consignee to do the pickup strictly according to the name listed as consignee on AWB. Party B cannot make goods overstocked and charge consignees unlawfully by any reasons. Otherwise Party B will be responsible for all consequences. 乙方如發(fā)現(xiàn)有甲方錯(cuò)分貨物時(shí)，乙方應(yīng)盡快將貨物退還甲方倉(cāng)庫(kù)，不得以任何理由拖延。 If Party B found any goods mistaken delivered by Party A, Party B should return the goods ASAP and cannot delay with any reason.四．費(fèi)用結(jié)算ARTICLE 4 Settlement 甲方憑雙方簽字的貨物交接清單統(tǒng)計(jì)出每月的進(jìn)出港貨物公斤數(shù)，雙方同意按以下費(fèi)率以人民幣結(jié)算費(fèi)用： Party A should calculate total kgs (outbound amp。 inbound) per month according to the Delivery List with signatures from two sides, and both parties agree to settle at below rate in RMB:1)國(guó)際進(jìn)出港貨物倉(cāng)庫(kù)使用費(fèi)Warehouse Use Charge for Int’l Cargo最低收費(fèi)Minimum Charge per kg per AWB2)貨物保管費(fèi)（超過(guò)免費(fèi)保管期限）Storage Charge for Int’l General Cargo (exceeding the term for free storage)（免費(fèi)保管期限：免費(fèi)保管3天）(free storage term of 3days)最低收費(fèi)Minimum Charge per kg per day（不滿1日的按1日計(jì)算）(calculated as 1 day if less than 1 day) per AWB甲方按要求提供的其他服務(wù)則根據(jù)其最新的服務(wù)收費(fèi)表（見附件）收取。甲方有權(quán)在公示兩周后對(duì)附件價(jià)格表中所列項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行修改。Other services will be charged in accordance with the latest Charge List (See attachment) of Party A. Party A has the right to modify the items and prices in the Charge List after twoweek publication. 雙方同意按月結(jié)算費(fèi)用，甲方在月初5個(gè)工作日內(nèi)將應(yīng)收帳單交乙方，乙方收到帳單確認(rèn)無(wú)誤后應(yīng)在7日內(nèi)結(jié)清費(fèi)用，費(fèi)用結(jié)算方式可以采取現(xiàn)金、支票、貸記憑證等方式。銀行帳號(hào)為：1) 發(fā)票由上海浦東國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)貨運(yùn)站有限公司出具，匯款至上海浦東發(fā)展銀行空港支行 076389 4135002616；2) 發(fā)票由上海浦東國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)西區(qū)公共貨運(yùn)站有限公司出具，匯款至上海浦東發(fā)展銀行空港支行 076389 98910155300000373。Both parties agree that Party A should issue the invoice in the first 5 working days of each month. After receive invoice and make sure no problem with invoiced items, Party B should pay within 7 days by cash, cheque, credit transfer and so on. The Accounts are as following: a) For invoice issued by Shanghai Pudong International Airport Cargo Terminal Co., Ltd., please pay to Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Shanghai Konggang SubBranch, Account No.: 076389 4135002616。b) For invoice issued by Shanghai Pudong International Airport Public Cargo Terminal Co., LTD (WEST), please pay to Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Shanghai Konggang SubBranch, Account No.: 076389 98910155300000373. 如乙方無(wú)故未在規(guī)定的結(jié)算期內(nèi)付款，%按天收取滯納金。拖延付款達(dá)二個(gè)月的，甲方有權(quán)取消乙方月結(jié)帳資格，并保留采取其他相應(yīng)措施的權(quán)力。 If Party B delays the settlement without any reasons, Party A has the right to charge Party B the overdue fine by Percent per day.
