Fault isolation and corrective action is required with implementation on a scheduled basis. b) Reporting party will make resources available to personnel within 14 days for corrective action. c) Appropriate personnel to provide status within 1month after receiving the resource. Fault isolation and corrective action is required with implementation scheduled at the earliest prudent time. b) Reporting party will make resources available to personnel within 7 days for corrective action. c) Appropriate personnel to provide status within 14 days after receiving the resource. The product, process, or function is severely degraded. a) It is inhibiting to progress In development, testing, delivery or service. Progress can continue but there is a high probability of failure, Inaccuracy or Inefficiency. Fault isolation must be aggressively pursued with rapid implementation of required corrective action. b) Reporting party will make resources available to personnel within 24 hours for corrective action. c) Appropriate personnel to provide status within 7 days after receiving the resource.
