【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 ystem 其它電控系統(tǒng) ABS（防抱死制動系統(tǒng)） CCS（巡航控制系統(tǒng)） SRS[安全氣囊系統(tǒng)（輔助防護系統(tǒng)） ] ABS（防抱死制動系統(tǒng)） 防抱死制動系統(tǒng)是一種主動安全裝置，其英文名稱是 Antilock Braking System（防鎖死制動系統(tǒng)）或 Antiskid Braking system（防滑移制動系統(tǒng)），縮寫為 ABS。 電子控制防抱死制動系統(tǒng)在汽車原有制動系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上，增設(shè)了一套電子控制裝置，其功用是： 在汽車制動過程中，自動調(diào)節(jié)車輪的制動力，防止車輪抱死，從而獲得最佳制動性能，減少交通事故。（ 圖 214） 圖 214 防抱死制動系統(tǒng)的組成框圖 CCS（巡航控制系統(tǒng)） 巡航控制系統(tǒng) CCS（ Cruise Control System）是 20世紀(jì) 60年代發(fā)展起來的，又稱恒速行駛系統(tǒng)。巡航控制系統(tǒng)工作時， ECU根據(jù)各種傳感器輸送來的信號判斷汽車的運行工況，通過執(zhí)行元件自動調(diào)節(jié)節(jié)氣門的開度，使汽車的行駛速度與設(shè)定的車速保持一致。汽車在良好路面上長時間行駛時，駕駛員起動巡航控制系統(tǒng)并設(shè)定行駛速度，不需駕駛員操縱加速踏板，巡航控制系統(tǒng)即可自動保持汽車按設(shè)定的車速行駛，不僅減輕了駕駛員的勞動強度，同時利用先進的電子控制技術(shù)控制節(jié)氣門的開度，比駕駛員操縱控制節(jié)氣門開度更精確，汽車燃料經(jīng)濟性、排放污染性等也可得到改善。 汽車進入巡航控制狀態(tài)后，若車速過低（一般為 40km/h）、汽車急減速（一般減速度超過 2m/s 2）或 ECU檢測到系統(tǒng)有故障時， ECU將自動解除巡航控制。 SRS[安全氣囊系統(tǒng)（輔助防護系統(tǒng)） ] 安全氣囊系統(tǒng) SRS（ Supplemental Restraint System）當(dāng)汽車遭受碰撞導(dǎo)致減速度急劇變化時，氣囊迅速膨脹，在駕駛員、乘員與車內(nèi)構(gòu)件之間迅速鋪墊一個氣墊，利用氣囊排氣節(jié)流的阻尼作用來吸收人體慣性力產(chǎn)生的動能，從而減輕人體遭受傷害的程度。（圖 215） 正面氣囊的主要功用是 保護駕駛員和乘員的面部與胸部，側(cè)面氣囊的主要功用是保護駕駛員和乘員的頭部與腰部。 圖 215 安全氣囊系統(tǒng)控制原理 Section2 Engine Components’ English 第二節(jié) 發(fā)動機主要零部件英語 一、 Petrolic Engine Subassembly 汽油發(fā)動機組件 二、 Timing Belt Subassembly 正時皮帶組件 三、 Oil Pump Subassembly 機油泵組件 四、 Cylinder Block Subassembly 氣缸體組件 五、 Cylinder Head Subassembly 氣缸蓋零部件 一、 Petrolic Engine Subassembly 汽油發(fā)動機組件 The cylinder head is bolted to the block .The manufactrue casts the cylinder haed in piece from iron,from iron alloyed with other metals,or from aluminum has the advantage of bining lightness with rather heat all engine types the head forms an upper cover for the cylinder。therefore,thehead forms the upper portion of the bustion chamber. The camshaft causes the intake and exhaust valves to open and close in time with the pistons which move up and down in the cylinders. The valves must open and close at exactly the right time in relationship to the piston movement in order for the engine to run properly. Timing Belt Subassembly is shown as figure 217. 正時皮帶是發(fā)動機配氣系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分，通過與曲軸的連接并配合一定的傳動比來保證進、排氣時間的準(zhǔn)確。 正時皮帶組件見圖 217。 圖 217 發(fā)動機正時室組成圖 三、 Oil Pump Subassembly 機油泵組件 Lubricating oil in an automobile engine has several tasks to perform: lubrication,reduce frication between moving parts of engine. acting as a seal to prevent leakage between parts such as pistons,rings and cylinders. flowing between frictiongenerating parts to carry away heat. washing away abrasive metal worn from friction surfaces. Since these pump handle oil,the engine is well lubricated at all times and do not suffer from excessive wear. Many parts are also attached by fastening devices to the engine block .These items include the water pump,oil pan,the flywheel or clutch housing,the ignition distributor,oil and fuel pump,and the cylinder head.
