The living expenses and medical fees are paid in accordance with relevant regulations of . 乙方患病或非因工負傷，甲方按其病情及在本單位工作時間長短，給予一定的醫(yī) 療期。醫(yī)療期間的生活費用和醫(yī)療費用，按國家有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。7 Work condition and labor protection 勞動條件與勞動保護 Party A shall strictly observe laws and regulations of on occupational safety and hygiene and regulations on working hours, rest and holiday system as well as special protections on female employees。 and provide occupational safety and health conditions conforming to relevant provision of and necessary articles to ensure Party B will be safe and healthy during process of work. 甲方嚴格執(zhí)行國家勞動安全衛(wèi)生規(guī)程和標準、工作時間和休息、休假制度及女職工特殊保護規(guī)定， 為乙方提供符合國家規(guī)定的勞動安全衛(wèi)生條件和必要的勞動保護用品，保障乙方在工作過程的安全和健康。8 Labor discipline 勞動紀律 Party B shall ply with all aspects of Party A’s rules relating to labordiscipline and other work rules and procedures of Party A contained in Handbook or otherwise issued by Party A from time to time.乙方應(yīng)遵守甲方包括在員工手冊或甲方不時發(fā)布的其他文件中的所有有關(guān)勞動紀律、工作制度與程序的規(guī)定。 Party B is required to devote his/her full working power and ability to Party A, and is not allowed to perform work in his/her leisure time for other employers or him/herself during the term of this Contract.乙方應(yīng)向甲方貢獻他全部的工作能力和才干， 在合同期內(nèi)不得利用工作時間為其他雇主或自己本人服務(wù)。 Party B is not allowed to accept gifts or loans from any person or organizationmercially related or in other ways related to Party A.乙方不得從與甲方有商業(yè)或其他往來的任何個人或組織處接受禮物或貸款。 Party B shall not accept gifts, loans or other benefits from other pany or persons because of his/her work in Party A either directly or indirectly,乙方不得利用其在甲方的工作關(guān)系直接或間接從其他任何組織或個人處接受禮物、貸款或其他好處。 Party B shall not carelessly causes Party A to fail to meet its standards of performance or customer service. 乙方不得因疏忽導(dǎo)致甲方工作或客戶服務(wù)達不到標準。 Party B shall not knowingly and willfully fail to meet the accepted standard of excellence and high quality of production or service of Party A. 乙方不得有意不符合甲方所能接受的優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)標準。 Party B shall not knowingly and willfully cause delay to jeopardize the meeting of a delivery date of work. 乙方不得蓄意破壞延誤工作交付日期者。 Party B shall not behave exceeding Party B’s authority or abuse the employee39。spower, Party B shall obey arrangements and orders from his or her supervisor, and maintain good relationship with Party B’s colleagues.乙方不得越權(quán)行事和濫用職權(quán)。乙方應(yīng)遵循上級的安排和指示行事，并與同事保持良好的工作關(guān)系。 Party B shall protect the assets of Party A. Party B shall never use the assets of Party A for the purpose except for his or her work.乙方應(yīng)當保護甲方資產(chǎn)，不得將甲方的資產(chǎn)用于工作以外的其他目的。 Party B shall not be absent for a period exceeding three consecutive days without prior arrangement or valid reason 乙方未經(jīng)同意或無正當理由連續(xù)超過三天曠工 Party B is not allowed to willfully refuse to carry out a reasonable instruction from a supervisor or member of the management or other forms of willful insubordination. 乙方不得蓄意拒絕服從上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)合理指令或有其他蓄意拒絕形式者。 Party B shall not conduct any violence, threats of violence or abuse both physical or verbal to other employees, management or visitors. This will be deemed to include working on site or representing the Party A away from Party A39。s premises. 乙方不得在工作場所或代表甲方的場合對其他員工、管理者或訪客行為或口頭 上威脅、恐嚇、辱罵者。 Party B shall not report to work whilst under the influence of alcohol, or other substances, or to bee unfit for work during working hours due to the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances. 乙方不得在被舉報醉酒或在其他藥物影響下工作；亦不得在工作時間內(nèi)因受酒 精、毒品等物質(zhì)的影響而不能勝任工作。 Party B shall not mit improper use or dangerous use of Company property. 乙方不得將公司財產(chǎn)置于危險之中或使用不當者。 Party B shall not take away Party A39。s property, property held in trust by Party A or the property of its employees without permission. 乙方不得未經(jīng)允許帶走甲方財產(chǎn)、公司信托財產(chǎn)或其他員工財產(chǎn)者。 Party B shall not
