Legal Documentation(a) The College will apply for the Teacher39。s Foreign Expert Certificate and Chinese Residence Permit. For the avoidance of doubt the cost of such legal documentation will be paid for by the Teacher.5. Chinese Lessons(a) The College will provide the Teacher with an opportunity to learn Chinese to survival level。6. Salary(a) The College will pay the Teacher39。s Salary on the last working day of each calendar month。 (b) The College will make available to the Teacher, if required, RMB 1500 advance of Salary upon arrival, such advance to be subsequently deducted from the first months Salary when such Salary bees due。SECTION C TEACHER’S OBLIGATIONS:1. Teaching Activities(a) The Teachers main responsibilities will be to teach English or and nonEFL subjects to a standard of petence in accordance with College academic standards, for the Contact Hours as detailed in the Particulars which may include some evening or weekend classes. (Contact Hours being the hours spent in the classroom teaching)。(b) Foreign teachers have obligations to check students39。 homework, guide their papers, their internships and club activities. In addition, they must participate into the midterm and final examination work, including invigilation, paper inspection and achievement analysis.(c) Party B shall be always qualified for the employment post and perform all corresponding duties and responsibilities efficiently. (d) If Party B are not petent for this job or cannot bee petent after training or post adjustment, the College may terminate this contract which is entered into with foreign teachers。 moreover, the College may adjust the job post of Party B to meet job requirements and Party B is required to support such adjustments. Behaviour(a) The Teacher should do nothing to prejudice the nonpolitical nature of the College.。(b) The Teacher should do nothing, which may be liable to bring the College into disrepute。(c) The Teacher should do nothing, which may deliberately cause disruption to the professional running of the College。(d) The Relationship between the Teacher and students is strictly professional. Any unprofessional conduct will result in immediate disciplinary action。(e) Excessive consumption of alcohol is not permitted during working days and the nights before. (f) Foreign teachers must attend or dismiss classes in accordance with the schedule time。 and they are forbidden to be late or leave early. However, concerning being late for classes, a warning may be given for the first time, while ¥50 RMB will be deducted from the wage for the second time and ¥100 RMB for the third time, that is, ¥50 RMB more will be taken out for being late one more time.
