【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 (3) 遠(yuǎn)距監(jiān)控與資訊服務(wù)功能 (4) 記錄使用者喜好進而調(diào)整環(huán)境 (5) 利用現(xiàn)有資訊預(yù)測使用者行為 ?? ? 網(wǎng)際網(wǎng)路和資通訊科技的發(fā)展，開啟了居住者 (resident) 與外界資訊溝通 多元而寬廣的即時管道，也讓居住者與智慧住宅之間的互動，從單純室 內(nèi)的無線遙控演進到遠(yuǎn)距監(jiān)控，並與居家保全、健康管理、醫(yī)療服務(wù)等 結(jié)合，現(xiàn)代科技提供了智慧住宅更豐富的可能性。 智慧住宅案例 (1/3) ? 美國喬治亞理工學(xué)院 (Geia Institute of Technology)(Technology)建立的「在宅老化感應(yīng)屋 (Aware Home for Aging in Place) 」，探討如何在家庭環(huán)境中感測、追蹤居住高齡者的各項活動，從而提供所需服務(wù)，以提升高齡者的生活品質(zhì)和獨立生活的能力。 ? 麻省理工學(xué)院 (MIT) 建築系和媒體實驗室 (Media Lab) 合作的 “ House_n”計畫中建立一個模擬住宅 “ PlaceLab PlaceLab”，研究如何使居住者輕鬆地控制環(huán)境、節(jié)省能源使用、維持生理及心理活躍，並且保持健康。 ? 除了各種智慧住宅研究計畫建置的模擬住宅之外，早已有許多商業(yè)銷售的住宅也以智慧住宅作為銷售訴求，例如國內(nèi)有許多建案紛紛提出 “二代宅”的概念，強調(diào)數(shù)位生活、遠(yuǎn)端監(jiān)控、遠(yuǎn)距照護等應(yīng)用，試圖定義住宅功能的新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 智慧住宅案例 (2/3) ? Big House 當(dāng)今世界上最知名的智慧住宅應(yīng)屬微軟 (Microsoft) 總裁比爾蓋茲 (Bill Gates) 花費 35 億元、以 7年時間打造，坐落於西雅圖的科技豪宅 “ Big House ”。 ? Big House預(yù)言未來居家生活中可能的科技應(yīng)用： ? 用手機或是網(wǎng)路，就能遠(yuǎn)端遙控 Big House 中的各項設(shè)備，如調(diào)節(jié)燈光明暗 度、開啟空調(diào)、將浴缸放滿熱水、基本的烹煮功能等。 ? 住宅中可利用語音方式與系統(tǒng)溝通互動。 ? Big House會藉由每位訪客身上所配戴之「無線射頻識別 (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) 」胸章，追蹤其在屋內(nèi)之位置，並記錄其所喜愛的燈光亮 度、音樂等，為每位訪客量身訂作客製化空間。 ? RFID胸章也被應(yīng)用在 Big House 保全功能，未配戴胸章之訪客會被視為入侵者 而觸動警報。 Bill Gates House, Medina, Washington ? 1,000 Million US$，占地 6 萬 6 千帄方英尺 (6,100 m2, 約 2022坪 ) ? designed by James Cutler ? The house occupies 50,000 square feet on acre land. Garage space and outbuildings occupy an additional 16,000 square feet ? A 17 60 foot ( metre) swimming pool, which has an underwater music system and a fossilmotif floor ? Swimmers can dive under a glass wall and emerge outdoors by a terrace ? Lights automatically e on when you enter a room ? Speakers are hidden beneath the wallpaper to allow music to follow from room to room ? Visitors to the residence are surveyed and given a microchip upon entrance.
