Designbuilding sit e sur vey and 奮戰(zhàn)，目前，白云校區(qū)一期征地工作已經(jīng)全部結(jié)束，一期范圍內(nèi)的各種功能的建筑物正在不斷加緊建設(shè)之中，計劃在 2020 年 9 月讓學(xué)生入住新校區(qū)，白云校區(qū)總體規(guī)劃由廣州市城市規(guī)劃勘測設(shè)計研究院設(shè)計。 一、 現(xiàn)狀條件 新校園區(qū)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有魚塘 m2，水田 401802 m2，山地 751537 m2（另有通過新校區(qū)內(nèi)的廣從一級公路占地 m2），其中山地最高海拔高度為 ；魚塘水田山地面積所占比例為 1： ： 。新校園區(qū)陸地現(xiàn)皆為山林、果林，植被覆蓋。新校區(qū)基地地形整體呈狹長、不規(guī)則形態(tài) ,西側(cè)多為山坡地，東部較平坦。 二、總體規(guī)劃、構(gòu)思、規(guī)劃結(jié)構(gòu)與空間布局 （一） “ 一核兩環(huán)四軸 ” 的總體結(jié)構(gòu) 總體規(guī)劃綜合多方面因素，將現(xiàn)代教學(xué)模式與山地自然環(huán)境充分結(jié)合，形成結(jié)合地勢、一線多區(qū)、動靜分離的 “ 一核兩環(huán)四軸 ” 的總體結(jié)構(gòu)。 一核 —— 由中心湖面、水系及綠島組成的中心生態(tài)核。 兩環(huán) —— 以環(huán)形輔道聯(lián)系各主要教學(xué)樓，環(huán)繞中心湖面、水系及綠島組成的中心生態(tài)核，兼具交通、景觀功能，形成共享交流的環(huán)形空間；考慮到狹長的 地形特點在規(guī)劃區(qū)內(nèi)規(guī)劃了環(huán)型車行主干道路，heat ing, vent ilat ion, and ot her f act ors.
