Nothing herein is to be taken as permission, inducement, or remendation by Moldflow Corporation to practice any patented invention without a license or in any way infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any other party. 17 使用 Pro/E 生成型芯和型腔 新建文件(1)單擊 按鈕,彈出【新建】對話框如下:(2)在【新建】對話框的【類型】欄中選取【制造】單選按鈕,在【子類型】欄中選取【模具型腔】單選按鈕,接著在【名稱】文本框輸入“sj” ,同時取消【使用缺省模板】復(fù)選框的勾選,然后單擊對話框中的 按鈕,如上圖所示。(3)系統(tǒng)彈出【進文件夾選項】對話框,在對話框的【模板】選項中選擇【mmnsmfgmold】選項如下圖所示,然后單擊對話框中的按鈕,即可進入進入模具型腔設(shè)計模塊環(huán)境。 打開參照模型(1) 單擊右方零件圖標(biāo) ,彈出【打開】對話框,同時彈出【布局】對話框。(2) 在【打開】對話框種選擇“”,然后單擊 按鈕,系統(tǒng)彈出【創(chuàng)建參照模型】對話框。(3)在【創(chuàng)建參照模型】對話框中的【參照模型類型】選項組中選擇【按參照合并】單選按鈕,默認(rèn)【參照模型】選項組的【名稱】文本框中輸入?yún)⒄漳P兔Q,單擊對話款中 按鈕。(4)在【布局】對話框中,單擊【參照母性起點與定向】選項組中的 按鈕,系統(tǒng)彈出如下圖形窗口和【坐標(biāo)系類型】菜單。(5)在【坐標(biāo)系類型】菜單中選擇【動態(tài)】選項,此時參照模型中出現(xiàn)如下圖坐標(biāo)系,同時彈出【參照模型方向】對話框。(6)從圖中可以看出參照模型的 Z 軸與開模 3 方向一致,因此不需要重新定位。單擊【參照模型方向】對話框中的 按鈕退出參照模型定位操作。(7)系統(tǒng)返回【布局】對話框,在對話框中【布局】選項組中選擇【矩形】單選按鈕,在【定向】選項組中選擇【恒定】單選按鈕,在【矩形】選項組中設(shè)定 X 方向上的行腔數(shù)量為 1,增量為 50,Y方向上的行腔增量為 2,增量為 60,如圖所示。 設(shè)置收縮率單擊設(shè)置收縮 圖標(biāo),彈出【選取】對話框,選擇任何一個參照模型,選中則變成紅色,接著彈出【按比例收縮】對話框,選中參照模型的坐標(biāo)系,在收縮率文本框中輸入 ,單擊完成圖標(biāo)。這樣就完成了全部兩個零件的收縮率設(shè)置。 創(chuàng)建毛坯工件單擊加載工件圖標(biāo) ,彈出【自動工件】對話框。選擇參考零件的坐標(biāo)系MOLDDEFCSYS,此時
