【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 ............................................................52 致謝 ............................................................................................................................................53 參考文獻 .....................................................................................................................................54 附錄一 煙花爆竹產(chǎn)品分類 ...........................................................................................................55 附錄二 煙花爆竹工廠建筑危險性等級劃分 ..................................................................................56 附錄三 英文文獻 .........................................................................................................................57 附錄四 中文翻譯 .........................................................................................................................72 XX 大學本科畢業(yè)論文 摘要 I 摘 要 在我國逐步 解除 煙花爆竹禁放的規(guī)定后，煙花爆竹生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展，但煙花爆竹工廠 設(shè)計規(guī)范陳舊， 安全工程設(shè)計 關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究 仍處于起步階段。 為確保煙花爆竹生產(chǎn)安全，降低事故損失，研究煙花爆竹工廠安全工程設(shè)計 關(guān)鍵技術(shù)并提出 合理的 建設(shè) 方案，在理論和 實踐 上都有重要意義。 (1)本文 結(jié)合安全系統(tǒng)工程理論，從人員、 設(shè)備 、原料、工藝方法、 作業(yè) 環(huán)境 5 個方面入手，充分 分析了 導致煙花爆竹生產(chǎn)事故頻發(fā)的各種因素，為下文關(guān)于煙花爆竹工廠安全設(shè)計關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究找出切入點 ； (2)結(jié)合爆炸模型理論，構(gòu)建煙花爆竹藥物爆炸 數(shù)學 模型，分析爆炸沖擊波對人員和建筑物的傷害，確定傷害范圍， 再從廠址選擇、廠區(qū)規(guī)劃、外部距離、內(nèi)部距離四個方面著手，研究探討煙花爆竹工廠規(guī)劃的關(guān)鍵技術(shù) ； (3)根據(jù)爆竹類和組合煙花 (不含亮珠 )產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)特點，設(shè)計相應(yīng)的工藝流程，對其生產(chǎn)線的工房配置提出具體要求 ， 并為 工藝參數(shù) 的確定 提出要求 ； (4)研究 工房墻體、門窗、屋頂 、地面 等結(jié)構(gòu) 的設(shè)計方 法 ， 提出安全窗不做為安全疏散出口的觀點并給出了具體設(shè)置要求 ， 并 根據(jù) 不同的 使用 功能 對各類建筑 分別進行結(jié)構(gòu)分析， 給出 了相應(yīng)的 具體說明 ； (5)從 工房防 護屏障的設(shè)置、藥物庫區(qū)和成品庫區(qū)的避雷措施、工房供電系統(tǒng)接地、人員靜電消除措施 、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的安全防護和配套安全設(shè)施的設(shè)置 等方面，研究煙花爆竹工廠安全設(shè)施設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，給出具體設(shè)計要求 ； (6)將消防工程知識、低壓配電安全知識以及采暖、通風、通訊等系統(tǒng)安全布置要求應(yīng)用于煙花爆竹工廠安全工程設(shè)計，給出消防設(shè)計、配電安全設(shè)計和配套安全工程的具體 要求； (7)將煙花爆竹工 廠安全工程設(shè)計關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究的結(jié)果應(yīng)用于桃源縣楓樹飛龍煙花爆竹廠 擴改建設(shè) 安全工程設(shè)計 項目 ，為類似煙花爆竹工廠安全工程的設(shè)計作出示范，具有推廣價值。 關(guān)鍵詞 煙花爆竹 工廠設(shè)計 ， 安全工程，關(guān)鍵技術(shù) ， 消防工程 XX 大學本科畢業(yè)論文 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT Fireworks industry has developed rapidly since the prohibition of fireworks has been eliminated in China, however, the fireworks safety engineering still keeps in the initial stage with the outofdate designs. Therefore, it is great of significance, both theoretically and practically, for us to do some research on the key technologies of the fireworks safety engineering and find out some practical countermeasures so as to ensure the safety of fireworks production and reduce accidents as much as possible. (1) Based on theories related with safety engineering, this thesis, from five aspects, namely, personnel, machinery, raw materials, process methods and production environment, takes all kinds of factors that will cause fireworks accidents into serious consideration in order to provide a good beginning for the research on key technologies in the following chapters. (2) With the direction of explosion model theory, the paper tends to constitute fireworks explosion model, analyze the influence explosion wave has on people and construction, ensure the scope it may do harm and eventually make a discussion on the key technologies about how to design a fireworks factory from four aspects— location, design, outer and inner space. (3) Then, based on the production characteristics of firecrackers and fireworks (excluding light beads), the paper will design related process and offer more specific instructions to the configuration of production assembly line as well as process parameters. (4) The author will discuss the design for wall, door, window, roof, ground, and later provide instructions for various construction structures according to different functions. (5) Fifthly, more discussion on the key technologies about fireworks factory safety design will be done with specific requirements being put forward, considering the protective barrier, lightning protection measures for drug reservoir, grounded power supply system, personnel measures to eliminate static electricity and security production facilities and ancillary facilities. (6) With the application of the knowledge of fire engineering, low voltage distribution along with the safe requirements of heating, ventilation, munications to the fireworks factory safety design, the thesis intends to determine the requirements for fire engineering design, electricity distribution safety design and safety engineering.
