The type of machine we are proposing is based on equipment we have already supplied to other customers. 三座爐子的裝鋼機相同,這種結構型式的裝鋼機,已經成功的在其它項目中得到應用。 It consist in built transfer car, which made of a braced type horizontal rectangular shape / D – HANDAN ANNEX 2 Section A / 6 structure equipped with idle wheels at each corner and running at the front on 2 rails laid on beams fixed on the civil work and at the back inside a U profile fixed to the civil work on the ground. 它由一個帶托臂的活動臺車和兩組固定軌道構成。臺車是一種帶支撐的牢固的平行四邊形框架結構,前部兩邊配備 2 個從動輪,從動輪在分別固 定于基礎上的 2 條軌道上運動;后部兩邊也配備 2個從動輪,這組從動輪在分別固定于基礎上的 2個 U型結構軌道上運動。 On the car are hinged 4 fingers which front part are nearly horizontal. Rotating axis of each finger is around one horizontal shaft placed perpendicular to the axis of the furnace. The rotation movement of the fingers, which function is to lift or lay down the product to be handled, is through hydraulic cylinders placed at the rear part of the fingers in a nearly vertical position. The lifting of the fingers is carried out by actuator hydraulically synchronised. Each actuator is used for 1 fingers. When handling one product for a double rows charging in the furnace, 2 fingers of each parts are operated independently and only fingers of the part holding a product is operated. 當單排裝料時, 4 個托臂同時提升。 當雙排裝料時,兩側各 2 個托臂分別操作,只有裝坯料的 2個托臂有抬起動作,另 2個托臂處于下位。 Drive, forward or backward of transfer car is through two rack and pinion drives placed on the sides of the car. The two pinions of car are connected through a speed reducer to one single electrical motor placed either at the side or in the middle of the frame.
