去洗澡 , 我相信大多數(shù)的人都會(huì)講 , take a shower. 類(lèi)似的用法還有像是睡覺(jué)老美會(huì)說(shuō) , hit the bed, 上路會(huì)說(shuō) hit the road. That’s OK. That’s OK. 你答 , That’s OK. 記得有一次老美來(lái)我家作客 , 我問(wèn)他 , Do you need something to drink? 他說(shuō) That’s OK. 要記住 , 當(dāng)別人說(shuō) , That’s OK. 就表示 I’m fine. I don’t need anything to drink. 9. Just right place, right . 像有一次我問(wèn)老美怎么追到這么一個(gè)如花似玉的女朋友 , 他回答我 , Just right place, right time. 我一聽(tīng)就立刻聯(lián)想到了中文里的 , 天時(shí)地利人和 這句話 , 沒(méi)想到英語(yǔ)里就這么簡(jiǎn)單 , Right place, right time. 所以我也開(kāi)始不單說(shuō) , I’m just lucky. 例如后來(lái)有一次老美問(wèn)我為什么我有免費(fèi)的 T 恤可拿 , 我就很瀟灑地回答他 , Just right place, right time, no big deal. Same . 甚至有些人還會(huì)說(shuō) , So do I. 但是說(shuō)真的 , 老美是會(huì)說(shuō) , me too. 和 So do I. 沒(méi)錯(cuò) , 但好像太平常了一點(diǎn) , (大概是因?yàn)檫@些用法我上國(guó)中的時(shí)候就知道了吧 !) 我覺(jué)得比較酷一點(diǎn)的講法應(yīng)該是 , same here. 例如上網(wǎng)聊天最后大家常會(huì)說(shuō) , All right. I have to go to bed now. 這時(shí)對(duì)方就可以回答 , same here. 或是像老美在彼此自我介紹時(shí) , 通常一個(gè)會(huì)先說(shuō) , Nice to meet you. 另外一個(gè)人就會(huì)說(shuō) , me too. 但我也聽(tīng)過(guò)老美說(shuō) , same here. 所以這個(gè) same here. 例如最有名的例子 , 在第六感生死戀 (Ghost) 里 , Demi Moore 和 Patrick Swayze 的對(duì)話 , I love you. Ditto. One fine day, an old couple around the age of 70, walks into a lawyer’s office. Apparently, they are there to file a divorce.
