Keyword： Ecological construction Food safety Environmental pollution Health supervision 引言： 生態(tài)文明建設(shè)，食品安全作為一個重要的因素，一直以來都是不可忽視的重要指標，也是國家安全的重中之重。但是，近年來，國家的食品安全問題不容樂觀。 2020 年的三鹿三聚氰胺毒奶粉事件給國人一深深地教訓；同樣 2020 日本毒大米事件；加拿大食品安全事件；俗稱質(zhì)量王國的德國也玩起了毒黃瓜； 20201年的雙匯瘦 肉精；上海染色饅頭 ? .這樣的事數(shù)不勝數(shù)。人可謂： “ 談食色變 ” ，可見我國的食品安全現(xiàn)狀有多磨糟糕， 要切實保障我國的食品安全，必須盡快建立和完善我國的食品安全保障機制 。 塔里木大學學科結(jié)業(yè)論文 5 : 食品 是人類 賴以生存的能源 ,但隨著社會不斷進步和發(fā)展 ,環(huán)境污染問題日益突出 ,水土嚴重流失 ,荒漠化面積擴大 ,土地流失 ,江河污染嚴重 ,另外鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)和工礦廢棄物的排放以及農(nóng)藥 ,化肥大量的使用導(dǎo)致耕地質(zhì)量下降 ,造成農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)惡化 ,通過食物鏈的污染直接威脅著人類的健康 ,最近幾年 ,人類患怪病的幾率不斷上升 ,這都是因為環(huán)境惡化 導(dǎo)致的 ,這也直接導(dǎo)致了人類對食品不僅僅是溫飽的問題 ,而且要求提供各類合理 ,足量 ,有質(zhì)量和營養(yǎng)的食品 ,對其安全的要求也越來越高 [2]。 食品污染隨著社會不斷的進步 ,也隨之 ”進化 ”,現(xiàn)在的食品污染大致有以下三個特點 : 一是問題食品的涉及面越來越廣。問題食品已從過去的糧油肉禽蛋菜豆制品、水產(chǎn)品等傳統(tǒng)主副食品，擴展到水果、酒類、南北干貨類、奶制品、炒貨食品等，呈立體式、全方位態(tài)勢。二是問題食品的危害程度越來越深，已從食品外部的衛(wèi)生危害走向了食品內(nèi)部的安全危害。三是制毒制劣手段越來越多樣、越來越 “深入 ”、手法越 來越隱蔽，從食品外部的走向內(nèi)部的、從物理的走向化學的。 食品是人們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪斜仨毜南M品 ,其質(zhì)量的安全與每個人息息相關(guān) ,需要得到全社會的關(guān)注 ,國家也需要制定相關(guān)的法規(guī)規(guī)范企業(yè)的生產(chǎn) ,實行生產(chǎn)全過程控制使環(huán)境污染降至最低 ,提高食品質(zhì)量 ,把開發(fā)食品和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護有機的結(jié)合起來 ,協(xié)調(diào)好環(huán)境 ,資源 ,食品 ,
