This course is not tester specific. The purpose of this training is to have you understand the ponents of a mixed signal test system, the principles of sampling theory and how to correctly sample an analog signal, how to create an analog signal for a DUT with a waveform generator, some typical DSP algorithms and when and how they should be used.
