the party b assign lawyer______ as major coordinator, he willbe responsible for following and settling law consulting affairs. if the working assignment of party a requires or lawyer______ are out to other cities on business, party b can assign other professional lawyer to provide legal ，若甲方?jīng)Q定續(xù)聘，且按本合約第六條 的規(guī)定向乙方續(xù)付顧問(wèn)費(fèi)的，則本合約的聘期及效力自動(dòng)順 延壹年，或可另行簽訂聘約。
after expiration of this agreement, if the party a is willing to continue consigning, and paid continuing consulting fees to partyb in accordance with terms and conditions specified in article six of this contract, then the consigning period and effectiveness of this will automatically postpone one year, or enter into other agreement by both parties.
第二條服務(wù)內(nèi)容
article two service content
，乙方在聘期內(nèi)，應(yīng)甲方的要求和實(shí)際需要，及時(shí)向甲方提供下列服務(wù)，依法維護(hù)甲方的合法權(quán)益：
as legal consultant, during the consigning period, according to the requirements and actual needs of party a, party b willprovide the following service to party a in time, protect legal rights of party a.
a) 法律咨詢(xún)：解答法律疑問(wèn)，提供法律建議，出具法律意見(jiàn)。
legal consult: answer legal questions, give legal suggestions, and give legal opinions.
b) 合同審查：起草審閱合同，提出修改意見(jiàn)，規(guī)范合同管理。
review contract: draft and review contract, give amending suggestions, standardize contract management.
c)參與決策：參與甲方?jīng)Q策，提供法律依據(jù)，防范法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
participate decision: participate decision of party a, provide legal basis, and keep away legal risks.
d)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)服務(wù)：
勞動(dòng)法律、法規(guī)、政策咨詢(xún)。代理勞動(dòng)爭(zhēng)議案件處理。起草法律文件、合同、規(guī)章制度、協(xié)商方案、談判提綱。全程代理、監(jiān)理員工招聘、錄用、退工。企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)制、改制、減員方案策劃。轉(zhuǎn)制企業(yè)員工整體解盤(pán)。季節(jié)性、臨時(shí)性員工過(guò)度托管。履歷調(diào)查、素質(zhì)評(píng)測(cè)及機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置方案制訂。普通員工、管理人員、保密對(duì)象上崗培訓(xùn)及專(zhuān)業(yè)講座。
