七、勞動保護(hù)、勞動條件和職業(yè)危害防治
vii labor protection, labor condition and occupational harm prevention and cure 甲方根據(jù)生產(chǎn)崗位的需要，按照國家有關(guān)勞動安全、衛(wèi)生的規(guī)定為乙方配備必要的安全防護(hù)措施，發(fā)放必要的勞保用品。

八、教育與培訓(xùn)
viii. education and training
甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)依據(jù)國家有關(guān)職業(yè)教育與就業(yè)準(zhǔn)入的有關(guān)規(guī)定以及本單位的實際情況，為乙方提供職業(yè)教育和技能培訓(xùn)。乙方參加培訓(xùn)應(yīng)按規(guī)定與甲方另行簽訂培訓(xùn)協(xié)議。

九、勞動合同的解除、變更、終止

甲乙雙方解除、變更、終止、續(xù)訂勞動合同應(yīng)當(dāng)依照《勞動合同法》和國家及省、市等有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。
