【正文】 如何幫助這些教師突破發(fā)展瓶頸，搭建平臺更上一個發(fā)展臺階，是我下階段要考慮的教師梯隊培養(yǎng)問題之一。哪里有活動，哪里就有我們。自我建設(shè)：溫情是主線開學(xué)初即開展了一次宣傳組聚餐活動，在北門佳肴坊。成果和不足在學(xué)院老師的關(guān)注下，在學(xué)院各位黨員的配合下，策劃組本學(xué)期的工作取得了一定的成果。事務(wù)組華年似水，轉(zhuǎn)瞬間即將迎來了新的一年。安排值班的目的在于使黨員之家密切聯(lián)系群眾，能更加公開化、大眾化，也為了給群眾提供一個與黨員公開交流與學(xué)習(xí)的平臺，旨在為人民服務(wù)，為人民提供幫助。通過引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進行語言功能的歸納，讓學(xué)生了解不同場景的不同用法，逐步運用自如。為了更好、更有效地提升同學(xué)的們黨性修養(yǎng)和理論素養(yǎng)，增強思想政治工作的預(yù)見性、針對性和實效性；提升同學(xué)的思想素質(zhì)，強化同學(xué)的思想教育，增強同學(xué)之間的凝聚力和整體創(chuàng)造力。，分清主次，集中主要力量解決主要問題，避免工作拖沓效率不高問題。本學(xué)期的黨群結(jié)對活動經(jīng)過充分了解同學(xué)需要、學(xué)院硬件資源、學(xué)院學(xué)生黨員的能力資源，形成了一個較為良好的活動機制。期末會議：總結(jié)整一學(xué)期的工作，進行贊揚與批評。宣傳組是一個默默無聞的組，我們從事的是幕后的工作，海報設(shè)計、畫冊制作，新聞報道??但是我們一直都在。青年教師的新基礎(chǔ)教育理念和大膽實踐能力欠缺對于新基礎(chǔ)教育理念有所知，但不是很理解，也不敢大膽實踐，對于“二期課改”和“新基礎(chǔ)教育”理念的共性和差異性、內(nèi)涵深度不能進行理性理解，由于經(jīng)驗不足所以導(dǎo)致說話和得出的結(jié)論片面客觀，其實兩者的教育內(nèi)涵和核心教育理念都是相同的，只是研究的內(nèi)容和深度有所不同。本學(xué)期中，我順利有序地組織了20多次的校本教研活動，5月份組織了一次校園英語周活動，在英語角組織過“復(fù)活節(jié)”、“母親節(jié)”活動，6月14日成功主持了“生態(tài)區(qū)新基礎(chǔ)英語學(xué)科研討評課與總結(jié)活動”。本學(xué)期的研討活動中，我非常注重老師們對上課、說課、反思、重建能力的培養(yǎng)，四個層面的公開課后，總會組織、引導(dǎo)開課教師進行反思。其組織形式是：主持人和學(xué)生在廣播室互動交流，其他學(xué)生在班主任和英語老師的組織下在教室內(nèi)開展英語互動交流，主題話題都圍繞著“學(xué)生發(fā)展部重大活動”、迎接外賓活動、英語周主題活動、節(jié)日文化、學(xué)生行規(guī)等展開，每次都認(rèn)真制作好了ppt內(nèi)容課件讓全校所有學(xué)生一目了然并認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)、反復(fù)使用。（4）生態(tài)組磨課。（4）示范課：主要有骨干教師承擔(dān)，每學(xué)期至少一次，學(xué)校安排了“有經(jīng)驗教師”的開放課，如:2月底葉萍老師就上了一節(jié)《 and hear》公開課，課后組內(nèi)還開展說課、反思和評課研討活動，第2天劉董嫻老師進行了“移植課”教學(xué)，但也根據(jù)學(xué)情進行了一些微調(diào)與重建。（2）有規(guī)范——“教學(xué)五環(huán)節(jié)”教學(xué)常規(guī)工作規(guī)范，教研組活動認(rèn)真參與、交流、研討工作的規(guī)范。所以要改變課堂教學(xué)，就要先從學(xué)習(xí)理念先行。故在本學(xué)期，無論是英語組還是雙語組，我在安排組內(nèi)教師開課磨課時都依據(jù)新基礎(chǔ)思想讓骨干先行，其余老師認(rèn)真參與學(xué)習(xí)，收到了較好的效果。促進了老師們形成規(guī)范意識。根據(jù)句子類型指導(dǎo)學(xué)生在比較中復(fù)習(xí)句子。由于經(jīng)驗頗淺，許多地方存在不足，希望在未來的日子里，能在各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)老師，前輩的指導(dǎo)下，取得更好成績。因此教師要在作業(yè)的布置和批改上下工夫，不僅要重視答案的公平性、客觀性和唯一性，還要重視學(xué)生的選擇性和創(chuàng)造性以及答案的開放性和多樣性。針對近期所學(xué)內(nèi)容，布置學(xué)生課后進行討論排練，然后在課堂表演。使學(xué)生掌握科學(xué)的單詞記憶方法和養(yǎng)成勤查詞典的習(xí)慣。五、堅持隔周一次作文訓(xùn)練，訓(xùn)練題材、方法力求多樣化，并能及時進行講評。3．多鼓勵，少批評。六、備課，既備學(xué)生，又要備教法備課是一個必不可少，十分重要的環(huán)節(jié)。Time Is Money “Time is money.” This saying means that time is very time is more valuable than money we have lost can be gained again, but the time we have wasted cannot be , sometimes persons can exist without money, but nothing can be done without time, just as no one can live without being so valuable, time is often neglected by time is an invisible thing, men often waste their time unconsciously（無意地）.Without anything to do, they may gossip from morning till can live only at most to about 100 seems fairly long, but in fact it is rather often say “How quickly time flies!” How many things can a man acplish in such a short period?
