) ,是指清掃工作現(xiàn)場的灰塵、油污和垃圾,使機器設(shè)備以及工裝夾具保持清潔,保證生產(chǎn)或工作現(xiàn)場干凈整潔、無灰塵、無垃圾。對無法取消又必要者,看能否合并,以達到省時簡化的目的。上述三個要素中(指加工表面、切削刀具和切削用量)只要有一個要素改變了,就不能認為是同一個工步。因此我們項目小組的成員打算對現(xiàn)有的這臺機器進行改進設(shè)計,從而提高機器裝車胎的成功率,使這臺機器能應(yīng)用是實際生產(chǎn)中,使得機器裝配代替人手裝配這個目標(biāo)能實現(xiàn)。s tire assembly process, the use of industrial engineering, machine manufacturing techniques, such as experimental design and analysis, 5W1H questions techniques, ECRS four principles and other methods. Design the machine. Then e out with the improve program. Improvement program under test, and pare with the original manual assembly of the tire measured standard time to sum up the current pros and cons. Looking to further improve the tire assembly process method. According to the equipment in the factory, my team put forward four improvements.
